We have always been very pleased with Zerorez, but I must say we had a very disappointing service this time which makes us reconsider if we want to call Zerorez the next time or go with someone else.
Seth Smith was our technician and he seemed friendly and knowledgeable enough, but I sensed something as he went along, and now the pieces of the puzzle fit! Usually after the carpet has been cleaned, all the technicians in the past have asked me to come check all the rooms to see if I am satisfied. However, Seth didn't. Even before I knew he was done, he had started on the tile cleaning, and warned me not to come near so that I wouldn't slip and fall (which at the time I thought was very considerate). However, after that was done, he said that he would get the paperwork from the truck and he would be out of my way -- when he came in, he said,"I'll come to you, because this is still wet", meaning my tile in the foyer. He asked me to sign and then left in a hurry. I could not even make out his name because he just scribbled on his line. I had to call your office to get his name. I thought it was weird that he left in such a hurry, but I needed to go get my dogs from the doggy daycare, so I left right after him. It occurred to me after I came home that he never asked me to check the rooms after carpet cleaning. I then went to look at all the rooms to turn off the lights that were left on and to make sure the fans were still running on high. When I entered the upstair's bedroom, I noticed that there was a loud noise and our air bed (Sleep Comfort bed) had a big dip in it - - I thought may be the ceiling fan was acting up and making the loud noise, so I turned it off, but I still heard this loud noise. When I checked further, it looked like the bed remote was stuck -- when my husband checked it when he came home, he saw that the motor had burned out, because it was left on for too long (at least 3-4 hours). We think what happened was that the remote got pushed against the wall or knocked in some way that it made it get stuck. Instead of coming to ask me about it, Seth just hurried through the cleaning, skipped the inspection part, so I wouldn't see it, and left.He didn't want to be responsible for what happened. If he had come to me right away, I would have appreciated his honesty and could have fixed it on the spot, thus preventing the motor to burn out. I am very disappointed at this dishonesty, and if this is the type of people you are hiring, we will find another carpet cleaner and let all of our family and friends know about it.

You visited my home twice recently to complete all cleaning. Friday of last week was the service to clean my living area, last bedroom and dining room. I was not as pleased with the results in 2 of these rooms as I hoped. The living room and one area in the dining room did not get very clean. Please call me to discuss other options.

The end result of the cleaning process Zeroez is very pleasing. The carpet feels and smells clean. The clean lasts ! Additionally, I have always been extremely pleased with the level of customer service. The technician who came to my home for this service, Ricardo Gutierrez, was very profession, respectful and did a fantastic job! Thank you Ricardo !

Your tech went above and beyond to remove stains from our carpet. This is the best carpet cleaning job we have ever had done.

I requested ZeroRez be at my business at a specific time. Since it was a Saturday, it's very important that we honor our employees' schedule. Zerorez showed up 2 hours later than the time I originally requested. While I understand that things happen, when I called to ensure the time I requested all the feedback I got back was that Zerorez would be there as soon as possible. I would've appreciated frequent status updates. Carpet was cleaned and Zerorez did a tremendous job, but the scheduling problems were very frustrating.
