Paul did a great job!. He was able to get all the animal spots out and it smelling great and excessive cat hair out of carpet. I also had candle wax in an area in one room - as the carpet dried I still have a little residual wax left. Not enough to have you come back. Very pleased. I would have you come back in the future. I liked how easy it was to call and set up an appointment right away. The tech was knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. The process took very little time and our carpets looked like new!!

Julian was very prompt, professional, friendly, offered suggestions, and did a great job of carpet, upholstery and tile cleaning! The carpet dried in 2-3 hours. I will definitely use them again and very definitely recommend Zerorez!!

This was my first time to try Zerorez. I was unsure of the pricing going into it because I really only had one room that had carpeting. I was very happy with how the rug turned out. When I asked about the travertine in the bathroom the men weren't too sure it would do anything so I said OK and we did not clean it. We have a couch that needed cleaning so they said they would do that. It did not take long to clean it but when we looked at it the following day there was a 31/2 inch fray mark that looked the right size for the nozzle to have done. We are not 100% sure it was there before but don't think so. The pricing was vague. The $208 sounded reasonable for the time but when i saw the bill that was e mailed to me the couch was $150 of the amount! That seems like a lot for the little time spent especially when the fray mark was noticed. In closing, I am happy with the carpet and would have been happy with the couch if the mark was not there and still wonder if the travertine would have benefited from the cleaning. Chad was very nice and did a great job of cleaning my parents carpets on Sat., June 10th. The carpets looked great after he finished. They had never been cleaned.

The second cleaning did improve the worst areas.
The spray that is advertised as "Non-toxic" is a neurotoxin, lung and eye irritant. I have had my windows down for 3 days. I can barely handle driving my car. I have been coughing, eyes burning and I have headaches. I would like a full refund.

I did feel there was a bit of upsell - and I did not understand the pricing. The calculations done on the person's phone, with comments of discounting that, replacing this with that, this fee times that, etc. I think that had I better understood the pricing (perhaps from something that I could have seen online or had handed to me), I would feel less this way. The floor cleaning was excellent. The rug cleaning was good. Stairs were ok. (but, admittedly, the stairs did have spills on them - so that is understandable.)

All techs were extremely kind. I was especially impressed with Julian. I also appreciated the call ahead when the first crew was running late and how quickly I was scheduled for a repeat when the cleaning was not complete. One suggestion I would make....and that prevented me from giving a 9 or 10 on the feedback...is to cover floor vents when cleaning the tiles in bathrooms. A few hours after the second cleaning I noticed a water spot below the floor vent on the first level (cleaning was done on second level). In addition the sensor for our window security was crackling as if water had entered it. We removed the sensor due to the water damage and and will need to replace it in addition to repainting the ceiling where the water damage occurred. Obviously water is tricky to determine cause, but we are pretty confident this issue was related. I plan to contact zerorez to provide this feedback by phone as well. Thank you.
