zerorez is amazing. They were able to get eyeliner out of my carpet that Stanley Steamer was unable to remove. The guys were really great. Knew what they were doing and did an great job. I am a zerorez customer for life.
Rugs dry fast
Wait a week or so for everything to dry and for us to see how well everything is working

Had carpets cleaned and tile floors cleaned and sealed. Excellent job with carpet cleaning and tile/grout cleaning, but not satisfied with grout sealant. The test for effectiveness of the grout sealant is to apply a drop of water to see if it effectively beads and disallows absorption. The sealed grout does not pass this test. In fact, it fails miserably.
Punctual and courteous company representative; very polite. Did a excellent job of cleaning and saved me money by accurately quoting my services based on what was needed for the job. I'm very pleased with the results.
What I liked about the services are:
Telephone call reminders days before the actual visit; emails regarding what is expected from the customer prior to the visit and what to expect from the technician. Technician Mr. T. Hall walked in each room with me and informed me of each process from beginning to end. He also provided opportunities for me to ask questions; demonstrated a spot cleaning challenge prior to beginning and did not appear rushed or unapproachable. Mr. Hall informed me of everything he would be doing upon arrival.
Most importantly the telephone call informing me that he was so many minutes away was appreciated. Your technician was professional, informative and "on time."
Thank you for this entire experience, it was awesome and I will definitely recommend your company to others.

The wood floor care kit is great. Joseph did not see dirt in the air ducts (my appt. concern) but he did clean my clogged furnace coils. Joseph provided excellent information about what he can do for his visit. He is a wealth of information about the Healthway Air Purifier. I am so excited to receive my new lifetime furnace filters in the near future. My husband is thinking about the purifier and I will share Joseph's education about it until a decision is made.
Our carpet hadn't been cleaned for 10 yrs. and was filthy. I was shocked at how great it looked after being cleaned. It almost looked new with no dark spots and it was fluffy again. It was a miracle. Now I won't be embarrassed to have people over. Thank you for a fabulous job!!

The techs were very knowledgeable about the service. They really took time to test my carpet spots to see if it was worth getting carpets cleaned instead of just replacing them. Both techs were friendly and the office staff kept me informed as to when the techs would be out. The whole process was easy and the outcome was much more than what I expected. The price was what was advertised.. no hidden fees and no gimmicks!
