Great customer service!
Our technician listed to my concerns/needs and worked hard to get our carpets just like we wanted!
I was very impressed with my technician. He arrived on time and explained the invoice. (fortunately you inform your customers about the disposal fee) so I would just say keep up the good work!

Our carpet cleaner was very polite and respectful. He answered all of my questions and did an amazing job. I would request him again.
Way too expensive!
I heard on KLTY and WRR that the Zerorez person takes videos of the dirt and takes a video after his/her work to show how clean Zerorez work makes the vents, etc. That did NOT happen. The person took NO photos to prove that his work was needed.
Also, his comment on the invoice, "-customer and I did inspection through until very little dust was found..." does not bring any positive thoughts to this man (who said he was a missionary...???) If VERY LITTLE dust "was found" WHY did he do very little work then charge us a lot of money -- $657.08 !!??
This lost every minute of respect and trust that I have for your company. I'm sorry, I am a Christian, and I force myself to think in a 3-D way; but, I wish that my favorite radio stations knew more about how Zerorez actually works.
If I recommended this to a friend, a neighbor, a family member and this happened to them, they would have as much negativity toward me as I do for your company.
To make things correct, you have got to be honest. To make things correct, you must not take a lot of money for very little work. My opinion, but I bet other people would agree.
The rep explained all services provided, and was very candid on what services were appropriate for the task at hand
Great job
You guys killed a patch of lawn with what seems to have been the exhaust from your truck. Two weeks, several phone calls and your truck driving off without notice later, you replaced a 1 foot by 1 foot piece of sod. Thanks but no thanks. I don't care to recommend you to anyone.
Arrival time
I don't see my carpet being much cleaner. As it dried it didn't look much better. For all the ads I heard on the radio it was supposed to turn out much better than it did. I paid quiet a bit and expected better results

Garrett was great - arrived promptly, thorough job, courteous and appropriately communicative - I love that there's no nasty chemicals and the carpet still looks terrific!

Carpet was very clean and fresh after cleaning. I cleaned it 3 times on Friday appointment and it looked weighed down from chemicals I used. Zerorez made it look like new.
Although my most recent cleaning was not satisfactory, usually I am very impressed with how my carpet looks. I will still continue to use Zerorez unless the job at my next appointment is also unsatisfactory.
Service Tech was great. Did a good job. Cleaned up after himself. Will definitely use again. Only negative price was off by $300 form the phine quote. i wasnt happy about that. Wish the phone rep would have been a little more accurate. She quoted me 150 and service tech quoted me 475. Big difference. I actually had to remove some services I ordered as the phone rep misquoted the rate.

Effective service and professional people. Technician was thoughtful, knowledgeable and patient enough to explain things to me so I understood what i was purchasing.
Pricing was somewhat nebulous - employee had to call his boss; reminded me of buying a used car.
I loved the work that was done on my carpet ,mr. Guerrero did an excellent job he was very informative and detailed every step he was going to take to ensure the job was done quick but very well done. , thank you so much for the tech. That was appointed yo my home , i will b using your sevice again soon an will be asking for th sane technician , again a job well done!!!!
The young man who came to our house did a great job cleaning our carpets. Very pleased.
There was no detergent left in the carpet. The tech was willing to go over any spots left in the carpet more than once. The only thing I didn't like was the tech didn't offer to help us move a few large pieces such as the sofa back in place and put something under the legs of the furniture to protect the furniture legs from staining the carpet. My husband and myself were able to get the furniture back in place the next day.
I am always amazed at how willing to go the extra mile your employees are. I have never had the same technician but every time I feel like you send me your best guy! Thank you Zerorez for putting customer service back into the service industry!
