The carpets looked like they did when we had them installed 2 years ago. We will definitely us Zerorez again. The gentleman doing the job was so friendly and informative about how to care for the carpets.

The technician was terrific but unfortunately all the stains were still there after the carpet dried. Although they looked conquered when wet, when dry they were none better. I am disappointed.

Have the technicians not tell customers that there is not a credit check to apply for the air purifier. The one that came insisted no credit check. I believed him. Now I have an inquiry because he lied. I do not appreciate that.

The fact that you were able to remove dark traffic stains.
The carpet is basically not any cleaner. And your machine actually pulled up a new large spot...we were moving and the realtor who manages several properties was not happy..Also everyone who came over could not smell urine yet your man tryed to charge an extra $120 for urine treatment even though we have been in there 8 years and have no pets ..He said previous tenant's pet's urine odor would be reactivated... so really a very negative experience!!
Justin was an excellent technician. He was hardworking, timely, informative, and friendly. He went above and beyond to listen to our concerns about the air quality in our home and made suggestions without pressuring. We couldn't be more pleased with the results!
The technician was at the house for about an hour - is that normal for 4 rooms? The carpet looks abput the same as it did before he started. If he would have told me when he started that these carpets can't be cleaned, I would have thanked him and saved $340. I was expecting more.

great techs that do a great job
The carpet cleaning went fine, but the gentlemen who did the grout cleaning told me that the grout would look like new. Its not even close. I paid an additional $175 to have my grout cleaned and it doesn't look any different. If this issue is not resolved, I will take my complaints to the BBB and the Attorney General's office. -- Last name removed Phone number removed
