The technician did a great job! However, Ron Self, the sales rep that I met with to obtain an estimate completely dropped the ball! He told me a certain top rated commercial technician was going to be on my job and someone else showed up. He also didn't explain where the truck would park and where the hoses would be routed. The job was cleaning carpet in a high school basketball locker room. Since it was a school, there is activity - summer youth sports camps, summer school, etc. - lots of people going in and out of the gym entrance. I arrived at 9:00 to meet the first technician. He arrived on time but wasn't the person Ron said would be working on the job. Next, the tech was planning to run the hoses through the main entrance based on Ron's notes. Not only would that cause issues with the traffic in the entrance hallway - especially of young kids - but also there was no place for the truck to park because all of the parking spots by the door were full. Ron didn't explain this part of the process. If he had, I could have asked the school to reserve a parking spot by the door. At this point, it was too late to do anything.

The first tech told me a different person would need to come with a portable unit and it would arrive between 10:00-12:00. Then Ron told me the portable unit wouldn't be recommended for cleaning the microfiber on the couch. I then had to explore another place for a regular truck to park and run the hoses. After discussing the policeman stationed at the school, we determined a different location and received approval for the truck to park in the back of the school that was fenced off for construction.

The 2nd technician arrived around 10:45. Again, he did a fine job and all of the issues were not his fault. It was all Ron Self's fault. All of the issues were completely avoidable if Ron had thought through the job and discussed the details with me in advance versus making assumptions. I had to waste 2 hours at the school that day, cancel other appointments and plans that I had on my calendar in order to accommodate Zero Rez. That's not how it should work. Horrible customer service experience!!!

Technician was excellent! He worked very diligently to get a stubborn stain out of my carpet. I was very pleased with his professional attitude and commitment to doing his job well.

I was pleased with the products and the services.

The technician was on time and curteous, He went straight to work and informed us up front that some of the worn spots on the carpets may not look as good as the rest of the carpets. However, when he was finished, EVERTHING look like knew. After the carpets dried, it felt soft and like new under my bare feet.

very accomodateing and helpful

The day after I received the service, two large brown spots came up in an area of carpeting where there were NO stains before. We didn't even receive spot treatment anywhere because we just needed a simple cleaning. However when we tried to dab at the new large spots, they were soaking wet and FULL of brown, dirty water. When they dried (days later) the spots remained.

Don't have any ideas right now.

I love your service and product and your technician are not bad either. But even though it shows on my invoice and of all the time I have used your services I still have not gotten my tile cleaned. I would just like for you'll to look over the number of times you have been out and I have had the free tile cleaning. It has never happened. Is this false advertisement?

We had a number of areas that were stained pretty bad and 90% of the areas look good. There are just some stains you cannot get up. Overall very pleased with the results.

Move some of the smaller furniture instead of working around

Price way out of range. When you finally decide what one perceives to be a reasonably amount, you end up with an overpriced "Stanley Steamer Special".
Service was okay, carpets feel crackly and not sure that I got what I was bamboozled into getting, was what I expected.
