Your employee was nice and professional. Carpets look 80% better - some stains won't come out - needs to be replaced. The only complaint I have is that there was a puddle of water residue left on my laminate flooring at one of the bedroom entrances and the kitchen doorway. Maybe pay more attention to "clean up".

I schedule the appointment and they come at the assigned time. They will call, as they did the other day, and ask if they can come earlier. To date, they always do a very good job on our carpets.

The technician, Chase, was very polite and professional. He worked hard and did a thorough job. He did not rush through my house, he worked on difficult areas of the carpet and the whole time he was smiling and pleasant. He explained what he was doing and answered all my questions. What a gold mine you have in this employee! I wish I got great customer service like this everywhere I spend my money. Thank you.

The Technician, Darwin Harrison, was superb, very knowledgeable, competent and efficient. I would be happy to have him at my home to work any time.
