I have had a stain on my carpet for the last 4 times that you have been cleaning my carpets until Ricardo Gutierrez put some stain remover on my carpet and it went away. A miracle. So what did I do since I buy my products through you, I ask to buy a bottle and he said that as a customer I am not allowed to buy it. I buy your products so that when you come out I am using the same products that you do. But why can't I buy this stain remover? Its not like I wont have you come out and clean my carpets anymore. I love your cleaning service. And that Mr Gutierrez is an asset to your company. So why can't I buy this product. Your product. Please reply. Thank you.

Quality people and a great process for cleaning
For $99.00 you get a little water on the carpets. They are not deep cleaned and you have to pay extra for anything. No worth it in my book
Non-abrasive cleansers. No odors Tech was super cordial And efficient.
Techs are very knowledgeable about your products and services. I've had my carpets cleaned numerous times by your company and everytime the same stains re-appear in the master bedroon. I discussed this with Ricardo the tech on Monday and he said it's because it needed some additional chemicals that was an additional cost. I agreed and so far it has not re-appeared. For the amount I paid to have it cleaned if is returns I will be in tough with your office.
I've tried several professional carpet cleaners and Zerorez is the best at getting my carpets clean and old stains out. I think Zerorez is pricier than other professional carpet cleaners but they work with you to fit your budget.
They charged me for doing my dining room which I might add is in the living area. Also they kept saying my house smelled like cat pee!!
Excellent representative cleaned area rugs and upholstered furniture. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and I would highly recommend. He did an excellent cleaning job.

The carpeting in all three rooms looks good and very clean. The price was excellent. I moved all reasonable furniture and decor from all the rooms.The carpeting took 48 hours to dry in the smallest room that had no ceiling fan. The other two rooms took 24 hours to dry. Techinian said it would take 2-3 hours to dry. This was a minor aggravation. The other small issue was that there was a old stale smell. I used fabreeze and it remedied that issue also.

Very knowledgeable worker and the stains came out of my carpets.
When my carpet is cleaned by zerorez the spots do not return . Triston was very professional and knowledgeable. I do not remember anyone else using the corner guards or the brush before the cleaning. Will ask for Triston for future services
