Beyond the product itself, we love that our technician arrived on time and was extremely professional and courteous. It had been a while since our last service yet he took the time to look up our account and be familiar with the services we had done in the past so that he could provide great recommendations for our current treatment.
Quality job, tech was good to work with.
The technician was a professional and polite serviceman. He explained the process thoroughly. He was respectful of my belongings and my household. And best of all, my carpets are SO clean!! They look rejuvenated like I didn't think they could! I highly recommend zerorez to anyone needing some carpet cleaning.

I love that they are environmentally friendly and don't actually use soap which can just stay in your carpet and cause further issues attracting dirt.

It was just as advertised clean, fast and courteous. He was a very nice man. It was raining and he went to great lengths not to get my hardwood floors wet or muddy.
They did a fabulous job and it looks so nice. They were even able to get out the glue stains from a bathroom remodel. They were extremely courteous and polite and worked very hard to make my carpet look nice and clean.

The gentleman who came to clean the carpet did superb work. In addition to doing the excellent cleaning of the carpet, he was very trustworthy, respectful, and did nothing more than working on the carpet and carefully removing all of his cleaning devices (no texting or iPhone playing).
