The tech was very good. I wanted to make sure we said something great about him. He was very positive and made us feel like he wanted to do a great job for us and for us to be happy about his and your services.
The price was a little steep but our floors do look great.

the service agreement included 100 square feet of tile cleaning which was not provided. I set up the agreement over the phone but was unable to be present as service was rendered. My wife did not realize the tile service was included so she was satisfied with the cleaning and signed off on the invoice. However, there was no excuse of the technician not to conduct the service. We had house guests over Saturday for my daughter's graduation celebration and it was an embarrassment. I need to speak to management!

The tile in the master bathroom shower is not noticeably different than before zerorez treated it. It looked good and clean when the tile was wet, but dried showing the same residue as before the treatment. Stains on the master bathroom floor tile also remain after the zerorez treatment. I was convinced by the zerorez technician to seal the tile and now regret that decision as I do not know now how I will get the tile clean. What's the likelihood you all will remedy this situation?.

I liked that there was no odor after the cleaner left. I also liked the tile floor cleaner.

My carpets are not clean. The gentleman that came to my home was on his phone constantly and then his wand did not work properly. My carpets are streaked and do mot look good. Someone needs to back out to my home and see what a mess he left. They need to be redone and not by the same gentleman that came out the first time. I have used Zero Rez for years and this is the worst job I've ever received.

No detergent. Your technician was knowledgable, thorough, friendly and professional. Our porcelain tile floor had badly ground-in dirt from our recent remodel of our house. It now sparkles with a brand new look.

Carpet Cleaning

The carpet cleaner rep (Hayden) was very professional and courteous but we didn't see eye to eye on the customer satification issue. I shared w him that the stains in the high traffic areas in the family room tend to show mostly at the evening, when there is not much natural light. I also shared that one time we thought the cleaning went well but when the carpet dried and evening came, the spots were still there. I called you guys back and you offered to redo that area the next day. Stains gone! Hayden offered to hit those spots twice. When all was done and his equipment was packed away he asked to do a walk through. It all appeared good. He said bc I said that they would not be able to come back free of charge the next day to redo those areas if I noticed the spots during the evening. I was really surprised to hear this and told him so. I asked him about the importance of customer satisfaction and he said they believe it in "up to a point". He then included this disclaimer on my receipt but failed to add that I didn't agree w it. I told him I wished he would have told me this before he packed all his stuff away. I would have asked that he clean that area a third time to be safe. He didn't say anything. In my eyes, I requested your services to clean the stains. If the first attempt to clean them didn't work and I see them at night, we try again. I told him that it's not my fault or your fault that the stains are hard to see in the daylight, but that we would just need to clean that area again - we need to finish the job. I don't recall what he said to that. (He did not recommend any additional special treatment on that high traffic area). I told him that right now the stains "appear" gone but that again I won't know for sure until the evening. We didn't end the conversation seeing eye to eye. I've been using Zerorez for years w great results but was very disappointed this time to hear that he refused to ensure that the job he did was complete and thorough. It came across (perhaps incorrectly) that he really didnt want me calling up there if I was not satisfied - maybe that would look poorly on him?
