They work excellent and left the carpets beautiful

THERE WERE STILL STAINS IN THE MAIN WALKING AREAS. I DID NOTICE THIS THE LAST TIME I HAD THE COMPANY CLEAN THE CARPET,BUT FORGOT. I USED DALWORTH LAST TIME WITH NO PROBLEMS. IT IS NOT THE TECHNICIANS FAULT HE WENT OVER THE AREA I AM QUESTIONING HOW IT REALLY CLEANS. I HAVE MULTIPLE SPOTS THAT ARE FROM WATER BEING DRIPPED AND THEN SOME DIRT STICKING TO THE AREA. IF YOU ASK THE TECH HE IS AWARE OF HOW MY CARPET IS IN SUCH GOOD SHAPE. JUST DISAPOINTED THAT I WILL HAVE TO CLEAN THE CARPET MYSELF IN THESE AREAS. I HAVE TO KEEP THIS IN MIND THE NEXT TIME I GET MY CARPET CLEANED AND PROBABLY WONT BE USING THIS SERVICE SINCE THIS IS THE SECOND TIME IT HAS NOT TAKEN OUT SIMPLE SPOTS. I WONDER IF IT REALLY IS CLEANING THE CARPET AT ALL. SORRY YOU ASKED

Fred, your service rep did a FANTASTIC job cleaning our carpets and tile flooring. He was prompt, courteous and very friendly. If & when we need our carpets done again we would definitely ask for Fred to do them!

The technician that I had this time - Aaron - was the best ever! He went out of his way to ensure that my experience was top notch!
The tech was taking breaks to tell me of other services offered. He kept pressuring me and offering to give deep discounts. Then he sprayed deodorizer and wanted me to write a separate check made out to him for $40. I told him no way and get lost.

Most thorough cleaning ever. Love that it is non toxic since we have pets. Jael was professional and personable. He did an excellent job. Oh, and, my tile looks amazing!

He did not put light furniture on blue blocks , just set down on wet carpet.
Carpet cleaning was good. Still have some staining, however, the carpet looks much improved. That tile cleaning was exceptional! Blew me away.
Would like to see promotional incentives on the tile and grout cleaning. Additionally, our technician, JL was very professional. He did a good job on a very tough assignment.

Your technician was great he did a wonderful job. Our carpets look really good. I am sorry to have to report one thing your machinery killed our grass for the second time. The equipment on the truck schorched the grass. Last time it took most of the summer to cover. Will use again but will have to address the grass problem.

Part of the warranty on my carpet so I have to use Zerorez, but I also do it because the quality of service -this time there were issues. Supposed to come Friday 2-4. At 4:45 I called to ask what was happening. They said he was finishing a job and was 25 minutes away but would be coming. I had to cancel and reschedule. I had plans. If you are going to offer tile service the appointment times should be farther apart to allow for it. The young man who came on Saturday was ready to leave when I asked about the free tile service too. I also do not know how to get the 2 Rangers tockets. Heather.
I don't think you were the problem. Our carpet is aging and it just would not clean up to your normal standards. Perhaps it would help if you told folks up front that older carpet retains stains, etc. I'm actually pleased that it came out as clean as it did considering the age and the amount of time that has expired since you last cleaned it.
