Your technician pushed very hard to upsell pet removal stain, etc. We know where the problems are in our carpet, we know there are pet stains. When we finally had to VERY FIRMLY refuse and he acted angry ... After he left our house we noticed a very large (FOUR FOOT SQUARE!) area that was now gray. He must have backwashed his machine or something because it was not there when he came. Also, on the stairs (which he did not clean) there were clumps of hair and dirt ... made no sense...
I see that the air wond broke loose dirt and some of it came out BUT i do not see why a large amount is left in the ducts to come out at a later time. After the techs left, we turned back on the A/C and a large amout of caked on debris came out of the vents onto us, the furniture and floor. I was not a fan of how my eyes felt for the next several hours with what dropped into them.

Well I heard a lot about your company on the radio and television so I thought I would give you a try. The employee that did the work was very nice
However when I pointed out several areas, high traffic areas that I felt had not been cleaned sufficiently he advised that he would get some type of product And work on the areas. He sprayed only one Spot in our computer room and advised that was all that he could do. I brought the areas that I felt needed further attention prior to him putting his equipment up. I was under the impression from your adds that your cleaning system would work on high traffic areas???
In my opinion had he spent the time and worked on the high traffic areas my wife and I would have been much happier. The service you provide should should live up to what you are currently advertising.

Your service technician was very prompt, professional and curtious. I have been using Zerorez for several years. Jay Gonzales was my service technician. He did a fabulous job cleaning my carpets. He asked me to check his work to see if I had any questions and if the work was completed to my satisfaction. Of course, it was.

The young man who cleaned our carpet did a great job, very conscientious about working on spots that I already knew would not likely come out because they were 8 years old. But he did his best, and it looks so much better today.

Carpet cleaning and tile cleaning
My carpets have never looked cleaner and the young man who serviced my floors was extremely professional and thorough. Also, my tile and grout look brand new!
I got a call from the office just before I could call to schedule my carpet to be cleaned. They quoted me a price of $99 for three rooms and that they would clean 100 sq feet of tile. The young man who showed up was very polite and was very quick to work. He looked at all of the areas that I wanted cleaned, and then gave me a quote close to $1000 for 16 areas of pet issues and was willing to give me a discount due to being a repeat customer. All very nice, but when I told him I could not go that high, he changed the quote to meet my needs still very high, over $700, but it needed to be done. All I was shown was the bottom line, then when all work was done, I got the bill emailed, and I found that I was not give the lower price per room nor did I get any of the "free" items promised. The free items were on the invoice, but nothing given. Disappointing
