Darin, the service technician, was knowledgeable, did a great job cleaning the carpet and advised me how to better remove pet stains rather than the commercial products I have used.. He was courteous and pleasant. He was a very good representative of your company. I have used some other companies; however, your company is definitely the one I will recommend to my friends.

The cleaners did not place wooden chair legs on plastic strips on top of wet carpet as in past. Wet carpet leaches up wood and also makes varnish stains on the newly cleaned carpet.

I think the tech, Dave, who did a good, was very good at informing me about your cleaning process and the what to expect. The carpet does look cleaner overall except where shoe stains have discolored the carpet, like in front of chairs, and in walking paths or traffic paths.
These stains are somewhat lighter, but they did not disappear. I understood this possibility at the out start.
I must say that the carpet is 15 years old and has never been cleaned. So, 100 percent cleaning success was never going to be achieved.

Darwyn was great. He explained what he was doing to do and how things would look like when he was done. It looks clean.
He notice that we had a dishwasher leak going into the carpet and suggested we needed a flash treatment to get the water and smell out. Also, we had a place where our cat used to go that he also did the flash treatment. Things worked out great. He mentioned that he always asks about putting somekind of protection (safeguard) on carpet when he does it.
We will definitely requested Darwyn when it time to clean again.
Generally speaking the carpet looked very good immediately after the cleaning and maybe for a few days. However, it seemed to become dirty looking again quite shortly after the cleaning. Is it possible we should have had a protection put on the carpet? We have been offered that before but we weren't this time.

We have used Zerorez for several years now, I won't use anyone else! The technicians are always very efficient and do a fabulous job. The carpets are over 10 years old and always look like brand new when they are finished!
The rooms are very clean with spots removed without a cleaning product smell.
I paid extra for 2 gallons of that special 'liquid' which didn't look all that special to me and didn't work. Cat pee smell as strong as ever.
The technician came in and got right to work making my carpets look clean and new again.
The carpet was very dirty. I head some doubts that out would come clean.
The technicians were very friendly and knowledgeable. They accessed the situation and told me that they would start with the dirtiest room and i would be able to see as they clean. I asked them to go over that room again for an extra $35 and i was pleased with the results. The other 3 rooms were not as dirty and came out pretty clean after cleaning. They were happy to go over worn areas so i could see that was as good as out gets.
This carpet is a short shag and fluffed up nicely. The carpet is about 11 years old.

Your technician was friendly and informative when explaining the cleaning process. Especially appreciate no fragrance/odor after cleaning. Was shocked and amazed at results of tile cleaning! It was really quick to schedule the service they made sure to follow up with any questions and were very polite and professional. Also Carlton Lewis the service person who cleaned my carpet was timely and did an excellent job! He made sure I was completely satisfied with the service before he left and I REALLY appreciated that! I heard about how good the service from Zerorez was from "Mike Rogers" on radio station KRLD 1080 and everything he said was true. My carpet looks good and smells fresh and the tile & grout in my kitchen that was cleaned looks like it did when they first installed it. I will definitely use Zerorez again and recommend to everyone that needs carpet cleaning service.
