Your pricing on the pet treatment I felt was very high. I wanted to get it done and was not informed of the pricing ahead of time even though I told them when making the appointment I would need it. Your tech showed up onsite and I didn't have a choice but to pay the $95 per gallon on the treatment. Since we have a new house I needed it done but there ended up being 8 spots. My total carpet cleaning was over $800. I had only thought I would be paying $33 per room for a total of 4 rooms. So I figured no more than $150 for the job. Big price difference. I appreciate your product as it does help with our asthma but I will be reluctant to choose you in the future due to cost and lack of information. Thank you.
Your employees are very professionals. They know what they are doing. And the product is excellent. When they are done the carpets look great.
The air in our Last name removed has never been as clean as it has been since Joseph completed Zerorez's thorough cleaning and treatment of our air ducts and a-c return. We are elated to finally have healthy indoor air and an a-c that works at peak performance again. The work was far more detailed and sophisticated than I expected. Joseph was far more than a well-trained, highly educated and very personable technician. He was our champion, explaining indoor air pollution and how/why Zerorez approaches the issue and the differences we could expect. He was right on every point. Among the immediately noticeable benefits, I have been allergy-free for two nights in a row and the Last name removed isn't dusty. Also, Joseph arrived precisely on time. Zerorez was worth every penny. We'll turn to Zerorez as well when it's time to clean the carpet.
The young man that came was very professional. The carpets look and feel great after the cleaning.
For the past 2 years, the cleaning technicians have been very unprofessional and rude. Zerorez needs to train these cleaning technicians properly so that they know how to behave. The last technician -mgr. (Cesar) was rude, unprofessional and did not know what the cleaning ad from Zerorez was all about.
Carpet was extremely dirty and stained and when cleaned by the technician it was clean beyond belief.
I like that there are no chemicals used in your product. Drying time was fast.

The technician did a great job! However, Ron Self, the sales rep that I met with to obtain an estimate completely dropped the ball! He told me a certain top rated commercial technician was going to be on my job and someone else showed up. He also didn't explain where the truck would park and where the hoses would be routed. The job was cleaning carpet in a high school basketball locker room. Since it was a school, there is activity - summer youth sports camps, summer school, etc. - lots of people going in and out of the gym entrance. I arrived at 9:00 to meet the first technician. He arrived on time but wasn't the person Ron said would be working on the job. Next, the tech was planning to run the hoses through the main entrance based on Ron's notes. Not only would that cause issues with the traffic in the entrance hallway - especially of young kids - but also there was no place for the truck to park because all of the parking spots by the door were full. Ron didn't explain this part of the process. If he had, I could have asked the school to reserve a parking spot by the door. At this point, it was too late to do anything.
The first tech told me a different person would need to come with a portable unit and it would arrive between 10:00-12:00. Then Ron told me the portable unit wouldn't be recommended for cleaning the microfiber on the couch. I then had to explore another place for a regular truck to park and run the hoses. After discussing the policeman stationed at the school, we determined a different location and received approval for the truck to park in the back of the school that was fenced off for construction.
The 2nd technician arrived around 10:45. Again, he did a fine job and all of the issues were not his fault. It was all Ron Self's fault. All of the issues were completely avoidable if Ron had thought through the job and discussed the details with me in advance versus making assumptions. I had to waste 2 hours at the school that day, cancel other appointments and plans that I had on my calendar in order to accommodate Zero Rez. That's not how it should work. Horrible customer service experience!!!
Technician was excellent! He worked very diligently to get a stubborn stain out of my carpet. I was very pleased with his professional attitude and commitment to doing his job well.
