The technicians did a great job of cleaning my carpet and they made sure I was satisfied with the service. My carpets look much cleaner now than the last time I tried to clean them myself with a rented carpet cleaning machine. I will definitely be using Zerorez again in the future.

Very quick, and the stains and grime are lifted from the rugs so thoroughly and efficiently. No smelly chemical odor, either, just a fresh citrus fragrance. And the techs are always very courteous, clean and professional. And best of all....no up-selling.
Part of my carpet is 11 years old. It has been cleaned several times. Never has it looked as good as it does after Zerorez. The representative was polite, efficient and knowledgeable. It took far less time for this cleaning than it has with any other company, and the price was reasonable. The price in my home was the same price I was given when scheduling the service. Highly Recommend!
The service was excellent.
Personnel are knowledgeable, friendly and hard working. The technique they use to clean my carpets and tile floors works great. My tile floor is super clean down to the grout lines and my carpets are clean, and the stain protection they put on should give me an extra level of protection from the milk and soda spills my 3-year old grandson makes!

I suffer from allergies and Zerorez has been a great company that has offered many solutions. I purchased the Healthway Air purifying system and have had my carpets cleaned for years by Zerorez. This seems to control the issues for me and I am grateful. They are a great company and I always refer them to anyone looking for a professional job at a fair price.

I will definitely use Zero Rez again and hopefully I will get the same technician, Terrance. Even though I was the last house of the day, Terrance did a fantastic job! I have never seen anyone work so hard to do such a great job! Terrance was super polite and very respectful of me and my home. Terrance was very detail-oriented and went the extra mile to work on some tough spots on my carpets. As a result, my carpets looked spotless and beautiful by the time he left! Even though it was late in the day, Terrance was self-motivated and exhibited a high energy level, had a great attitude, and displayed a desire to do a quality job for me. Terrance appeared to have an excellent work ethic and a personal commitment to excellence! I would definitely recommend Zero Rez, but I would most definitely recommend Terrance! I was quite happy with the services , He didn't get all the soil out like I would have preferred, but he did the best he could do, so he said.
I used to use Service Master at our old house. After we moved to a new house I used Stanley Steamer. My daughter-in laws Dad used Zerorez for an oil stain in his carpet and he was so impressed that I changed to Zerorez. This is the second or third time I've used them and will continue to do so.
