What could we do to improve?

I was not happy with some of the cleaning. Treat traffic areas to improve the cleaning. Mine were left almost unchanged from the prior appearance, leaving me to use carpet spot remover to clean the areas.

They showed up when they said. The service man did not try and "up" sell me throughout the visit. The prices were as advertised when I called and made the appointment. There were no hidden fees that came out at the end. There was no magic water or other chemicals used. It was all natural. The service man was very nice, friendly, and customer service oriented.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I am employed with a service orientated business as well and understand the importance of feedback when there are shortcomings with services provided. How else can you improve your processes if you don't know about your shortcomings.

1. Zerorez is somewhat misleading, thought cleaning process was different from usual steam cleaning. ( Was not explained prior ).

2. Upholstery cleaning quote provided was not detailed as to ability of removing stains completely due to material being cleaned then expecting payment for failed expectations not being met from customer. If technician is not familiar or experienced with upholstered materials to be cleaned he should explain this to clarity for customer expectations instead of giving reasons why stains were not completely removed after the cleaning process and not place the blame on customer for not showing all the stains. Technician should have inspected this himself, then quoted price and disclosed the possibility of not removing all stains completely and then ask if customer would like to proceed. I completely understand that there are stains if neglected over a period of time its a toss up rather or not the stains can be completely be removed.

3. Scheduling is very important ,your courtesy call 30 minutes prior is a positive process but if the arrival time of technician is 30 minutes after said arrival time is an issue. Hold your technicians accountable for on time arrival.

4.You may consider creating a Field Supervisor positions to meet with customers to ensure that their expectations were met and that all protocols established by Zerorez has been met to customer expectations during the actual cleaning process.
An individual that has tenure within your company that has experience from the beginning, who has actually cleaned carpets and upholstery. This position itself will improve your surveys scores and elevate Zerorez marketing position within the social media market relating to reviews viewed on your website.
I doubt any of your competitors are proactive in this area.

5.Educate your technicians.
Train them in customer service.
There is always customer anxiety when a service is to be provided in the home.
Walk the customer thru the process before starting the service. Point out any areas of concern and get a feel for customers expectations. Notate any visuable problem areas.

Your email inquiry is on point.
How did you disappoint and make things right. Daily Field Supervisor visit every schedule will reflect how well your technicians are following Zerorez protocol.

Technician that came out was excellent! We really liked the way our tile looked when it was cleaned. I have tried to clean it with grout cleaner and did not get near the results that your service provided. Will use again in the future!
