Our technician was fantastic. He was so incredibly knowledgeable. We just bought a new house and signed the closing documents that morning. Upon inspecting and cleaning the house our technician gave us information on the carpet that we really didn't see/know before: because of the dog they had, there were several urine stains all throughout the house, and in 1 closet in particular (where the most likely kept the dog) fecal stains and long-term set-in urine stains. VERY BAD NEWS FOR US on having our great new first house only a few short hours! But I felt better knowing that our technician could explain these things to us in a professional manner from a wealth of experience in these matters. He also explained the extraction capabilities of Zerorez.

The guy was on time and very polite. He did a great job and got out stains that I couldn't with a carpet cleaner that I had rented the week before he came to my home.

The technician Ronald did a great job!!! He arrived on time, was very profession and polite and when completed the carpet looked wonderful!!! Before leaving he even placed the furniture on blocks to keep it dry. Couldn't ask for more!!!

What could we do to improve?

Never got the 100 sf of tile done. Rep left as soon as carpet was done. Didn't even mention the tile.

Zerorez did an awesome job on my carpet!! I didn't think cleaning them would help and that we just needed to replace them, but they look great!! There are a couple of stains they were not able to get out, but they look way better then I ever expected! Thanks Zerorez!!!
