I like the fact that you use truck based equipment with a hot water extraction that does not leave a residue or leave the carpet soaked, hence leaving in the dirt. I enjoyed Finley and Tim who professionally cleaned my carpet, even going over certain areas twice when I asked them. They always had a smile and sincerity as they went about their work. They were professional in every way.
