Fabian and Finley did an amazing job with our house project. They are both tremendous assets to your company. Roughly 2300 sf of carpet and tile flooring that needed to be cleaned to put our house on the market. Even though some of the carpet was over 30 years old, after the Zerorez process, the carpet truly almost looked brand new. And the cleaning/waxing of the Mexican tile made the den, kitchen and entry halls sparkle. That, if anything, will truly "wow" prospective buyers. What was so impressive also is how environmentally safe the process is. And the overall drying time was so incredibly fast. Finally, the cleaning left our house smelling so fresh.

I would have given a 0 regarding the first time we got our carpets cleaned. The guy did not do a good job at all. We paid $666 for nothing.
I'm giving an 8 now because the second guy, Pablo came out and cleaned the carpet the right way and when he was finished our carpets looked great. He was very professional and courteous and knew what he was doing. They need to make sure the people they send out to represent their company know what they are doing.

My carpet wasn't as clean as it usually gets with another company. Also, I never got a confirmation call 1-2 days before telling me my two-hour window. I had to call you all the morning of to find out when to expect a visit. I feel I get better service at the other company I usually use.

I must say I loved the lack of smell once the job was done. I don't need a fragrance or deodorant to make it feel like it's clean. Some Stains removed that I didn't even realize were there(apparently dinger than I realized). Got the job done quickly and it didn't feel like he was rushing to get to the next job. He took the time to make sure I was happy with the job.

They did an exceptional job on our VERY dirty carpet (thanks kids!) Technician was very eager to please and did not leave until I was thoroughly satisfied​. Two thumbs up.

I thought the service was great. However, a few areas will need additional attention. I scheduled an appointment already.

All in all, I was satisfied with the cleaning.

I was kind of disappointed with the ability to remove stains. This may be an area
where improvement is required.

Josh (who is no longer with Zerorez was wonderful!!! The manager that ended up coming out to clean my carpet was very good. I do like the fact that they are true to their word and stand by what they say they are going to do.

Carpet is old. It still has some slight stains after the service, but the traffic wear is greatly reduced. The carpet feels much softer now.

Have the techs wear shoe covers. Areas of the carpet that have seen more foot traffic, go over those areas more then once.

Have a repeat customer discount.

Have used Zerorez quite a few times over the last many years with great success. The last two times, my carpets haven't come as clean, visually.

I also had to have pet urine removed and the flashing didn't remove the smell.
