I really love the professionalism of this company. A representative called me twice to update me on exactly when the technician would arrive. Tyler, the technician, is a very hard-working & friendly young man who goes out of his way to ensure people are satisfied with the work he does. I had my carpets cleaned by Zerorez a couple of weeks ago and they look great. This past week, Tyler cleaned and sanitized the tile in my home -- I was astounded over the difference this cleaning made. Tyler also picked up an area rug that Zerorez will professionally clean for me. I'm extremely pleased with Zerorez!

24hrs later the hallway stains are reappearing.

Carpets get cleaned

I was pleased with the person that came out for carpets, tile and wood floors. He was personable and friendly. I am VERY unhappy with wood floors and tile. Both look worse than before they were done. Very hazy no shine at all. Would not recommend these services to anyone. Carpet was very good. I would appreciate a re-do to change my opinion.

I have been very pleased with Zerorez each time I've used them. This past visit was a short one because I only asked the technician to treat a couple of spots. He arrived promptly and took care of the spots beautifully. He didn't charge me anything, as he said it was a touch-up. I was very surprised and grateful for that!

That the product actually worked! I couldn't believe how beautiful the carpets came out! My technician was the absolute BEST! He explained everything and did a fantastic job. He was so knowledgeable about the products and the company and I hope his boss knows that the tech I had spoke proudly to work for the company and was extremely professional and humbling at the same time. I had a wonderful experience and will you this company again.

Loved the guys who came and cleaned...Paul and Demar. They were very personable and professional. Also, they showed us the instrument they used to get extra dog hair out of the carpet. None of the other men you all have sent to clean the carpet told us or showed us this. They also shared some extra services you all offer, although we didn't partake of them. We will definitely ask for them next time we need your service.

I was very impressed with the service that I received. The technician, Randy R. took the time to explain the process and exactly why and what he was doing. It was cool to see how it worked. I have never had my carpets cleaned in this manner or with so much thought, explanation or time. I have used other companies before using Zerorez and I can say that I will be back as a customer as long as I can request this technician again. He did a wonderful job and my carpets look brand new. He deserves a 20+..
