Customer service is a dying art, I was overwelmed by the team effort conducted by Mr. JL wallace and his associate. They were on time and went right to work, 1st by surveying the areas that they were working on. They used the wall buddy so not to scape our walls. While they raked the carpet they informed me to watch my step when walking on hard surfaces so I didn't slip. But the biggest surprise was the job they did on our old carpet, we have done many carpet cleaning in the past but the professional service & job they completed on our home was amazing. We are now sold on Zerorez cleaning service, everyone can do the cleaning but the attitude and team work shown provide us with a great customer service and a SATISFIED CUSTOMER. Frankie and Robert impressed me as being highly professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They did an excellent job explaining the services and performing the job--carpets came out fantastic! They really went above and beyond to sniff out the pet stain areas to treat and even helped me with a bathroom flood that was discovered while they were here. I would highly recommend Zerorez and Frankie and Robert specifically.
I did think that the prices for the pet stain spot treatment ($75/gal) were very high, but otherwise, I was very satisfied with the job. Thank you.
