My carpet always looks great after zero Rez cleans them but the 100 sq ft of tile they cleaned as part of the promotion looks AMAZING!!! I have beige tile and a cream grout and the grout in our high traffic area had turned brownish. Well after zero Rez used their tile machine it looks brand new again! I'm so excited to call them back for a full tile cleaning!!

Pricing for area rugs is high - a package should be available like for rooms (3 for 99)
If there is a special like Hawaiian Falls tickets, they should be given at the time of service, not mailed later.

The guys were very professional and the carpet and tile look brand new. I will be using Zerorez again in the future for sure!
I'm not completely sold on this method. The carpet looks ok, the spots came out, the high traffic area still looks like a high traffic area. When I called to schedule initially, the 15 min. hold time was a big concern. I told the person who answered that hold time was a concern. I really didn't appreciate getting charged an additional $25.00 for a small walk-in closet. And the additional service for pets for $120 was an outrageous price. I did NOT accept this service. If the Zero-rez method is so good, then why is an additional procedure needed?
I just can't say that I would use this service again.
Excellent customer service, very well informed about the process. My technician was outstanding he explained the process step-by-step. I realize now more than ever how important it is to have a clean carpet and clean air. I purchased an air filter from Zerorez to help purify the air in my home. I did research on this and was surprised how important It is to have clean air in your home. For yourself, for your family and pets. Thank you!
Everything ran perfectly. Service was great from the person I talked to for my appointment to the person that came out for the cleaning. Everyone was very friendly and professional.
They said they would come back the next day, just call them. I called and they had someone tell me they don't get the same phones every day and the person I needed to speak with about coming back was on a different phone. Right!!!! They left my house in disarray and said they couldn't get someone here till Monday. The initial visit was Thursday. They were paid $600 in full when they left on Thursday trusting they would return as discussed. If used in the future payment will not be made until job is complete with furniture back in place. Very disappointed and would discourage anyone needing this service. Have been a loyal and repeat customer but not again.
Carpets look great
The set up to do 2 rooms was so long and the tech appeared very tired and uninterested. He spent 20mins cleaning the 3 areas (1 game room was counted as 2). The carpet looked the same after the cleaning.
