This was the cleanest my carpets have been after a cleaning. Aaron was great! He stayed late and did an amazing job!!
ON TIME. Thorough. Polite. Have had them several times and I tell all my friends how pleased I am. Also, you are not so expensive, and yet do a good job.
We had a great carpet cleaning experience. Jonathan was friendly and went above and beyond to clean our carpets. They look amazing! Of all our zerorez cleanings, this was by far the best. We will definitely use zerorez and Jonathan again. We highly recommend him.
With a child and a pet in our home, chemicals and procedure were our top priorities. We were extremely pleased with both and the entire job was done in about an hour. We are very happy with the service provided and have already recommended Zerorez to our friends and family.
The gentleman that cleaned our rug did a great job. He even helped me move some furniture. The old carpet looks almost new again.

Cleaning Products have a nice citrus smell which don’t make your house smell ugly. Also, the guy that came to my house was professional, showed me differences on cleanliness and how dirty it was. He makes sure I was happy with outcome and always asked if all was good.

I like that the technicians are knowledgeable and efficient. They are courteous. I love that the product does not contain chemicals. It dries fast and the rooms smell clean. I have used numerous companies in the (distant) past, but once I tried Zerorez, I was hooked for life.
The guys were very knowledgeable and helpful and they worked fairly quickly. Also the carpets look a lot better.
Very poor service. Talked to a girl after, and she sent a technician to look at the work. Nothing to do there. A new technician cannot change the bad experience with the service
Please do not advertise a service for which you cannot deliver upon.

Carpet cleaning was good. Duct cleaning a total mess.
At this point only a credit of some sort would be an option to make it better. Just dissapointing.
The process used changed the texture and feel of my carpet. It went from soft to crunchy and the twist has been noticeably altered. I questioned the technician about this before starting the job and he assured me that the process used would not yield this result. You claim to leave no residue by the nature of the name of your business but something is leaving my carpet stiff when it was soft prior to your work. I feel like I was lied to. I think a refund is in order since I don't believe you can return my carpet to it's original feel and look.
The staff that serviced our home was very professional and knowledgeable. The carpet was thoroughly cleaned and left slightly damp, as expected, without being excessively soaked. We are very happy with the outcome. Our carpets are clean, but not stiff or perfumed from excess chemicals.
