Thorough and timely

I liked the customer service, from the time I booked the service, the promptness of the serviceman and the good results of my rug cleaning. Jaylon, the serviceman who came to my home, is an exceptional representative for your company. He was informative about the service and so efficient. He was impressive!

Our tech, Randy Ruffin, was excellent. He explained all the services and features in a very professional manner without being pushy or rude. We would have done some of the "extras", but we are looking to replacing the carpet. So we just wanted it clean at this point. If we get the carpets clean again, we are asking only for Randy for sure. Thank you.

I've used Zerorez a few times and each time, I've been pleased. The techs have always been professional and do a great job cleaning my carpet with is of most importance to me.

When I made the appointment, I asked for the complete total and she gave me $167. I called the day of the service to be sure my total was $167 and was then told it was higher because the tax had not been included in my original quote. I told the customer service lady that was not right and she should honor the quote. She said nothing could be done. So, I will not be using or recommending Zerorez in the future.

JL was professional and he did a great job! Only complaint is that I received a 15 minute pre arrival call. As it turned out, I was 15 minutes away so no issue. Next time, would appreciate the 30 minute pre arrival call.
