The tech was extremely nice , polite and did a great job . Carpets looked great . But he had to wait for another truck to bring him water to clean the carpets . He said that who ever fills the trucks did not put water In his and it put him an hour behind schedule ,which put us begins schedule . Also we didn't get the 100 sq of tile cleaned this time . I'm not sure if he forgot or was in a hurry ..
Cleaner arrived very near the scheduled time. The cost was adjusted to fit the size of the job in an appropriate fashion. The estimated time for doing the job was correct.
I will wait till I can see the work in daylight to judge how well the cleaning was done.

A person answers the phone, they do what they say they are going to do and in a professional and timely manner. The technician was on time, courteous, knowledgeable and did an excellent job on my carpets and wool area rug. I also like the block system for heavy furniture so I don't have to move it.
The information the young man gave me about my floors
I've had a small office building for 11 years. Years ago, I hired a couple of carpet cleaning companies but had terrible results. So frustrated. So I bought my own cleaning machine and did them myself To My Standards (High) for many years. I just tried ZeroRez and they did a fabulous job. I highly recommend them.
