Cleaned the carpets very well, was a very polite man but I had to leave while he was working and did not see this until I came home that he scratched my stair bannister pretty significantly.
The techs were great. However, the first truck that arrived set ups ll hoses and tools and then had a problem and had to repack, leave and call another truck for later.

Yesterday we had carpet and tile cleaned by Zerorez. They gave us a 2 hr window 24 hours in advance then called 1/2 before arrival.
The Tech , Joe was knowledgeable and thorough. We were very happy with the job done! The house feels so clean!
