The technician was very thorough and the work was done quickly and looks great.
I don't know how much is the typical timing but I thought it would take longer. The gentleman was done in about 45 mins and that's because he would go over a spot a couple of times until my husband was satisfied that the stain was gone. In the commercials they are going kind of slow so I just assumed it would take longer. It looks cleaner but it's not as huge a difference as I was expecting but that's probably our fault for waiting so long to get it cleaned. My husband hopes that with a few more cleans it'll look even better so we're willing to try a few more times. Overall, it looks better than it was and the gentleman was very nice. Except we didn't get our Hawaiian Falls tickets, not sure if he was supposed to give it to us or if it will be sent by email, so I'll have to call to find out. Thanks for everything!

The Zerorez rep was great.... not only did he do a superior job, he was very professional, and polite and kind.
Technician was very friendly and wanted to show me everything he was doing at each step along the way. He took his time and cleaned well instead of a quick "vacuum-type" cleaning that I have received in the past from other companies. My only complaint is that $25 is too much to charge just to run a couple of passes in my walk-in closet. I was disappointed that I was not able to get that area cleaned but was not willing to pay an extra $25 for such a small area.

The men were very polite
The service was fast and I felt like it was clean and dried fast afterwards. The technicians were also very kind and aware of what they were doing and explained the process to us every step of the way.

My carpet was really dirty. The house smelled of dog urine and smoke. The Tech took his time and explained what he could do. He did what he said he could do before he left my house smelled fresh and clean.

Everything! Garrett was great! He was on time, very nice and very thorough! He did a great job. Our carpets and tile look brand new. The tile was horrible and I didn't think he could get it clean much less make it look new again! I'm very happy! He deserves a raise! Please

Zerorez has been servicing our church for several years. I am not aware of any problems or complaints. Your people do a very good job and everyone I have met or spoke to on the phone has been very pleasant.
On this last job you people found a about 3 spot that were very close to the area they were cleaning but was not included in the quote. They cleaned them up anyway and did a very good job overall.
