The guys who came out were excellent. My carpets are spotless but I'm particularly happy about the cleaning of my wood floors...first time to clean them. Fantastic!

This is the second time I have used Zerorez, and continue to be impressed. The technicians were prompt and professional. They reviewed the entire house with me before starting, and during their cleaning, talked with me about issues they saw. They worked efficiently and without stopping, and did an amazing job of cleaning spots that I feared were hopeless. All with a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Zerorez and the technicians that did the work.

I was pleased with Jeff the tech that cleaned the carpet. Our rooms are large and he was careful to not nick the corners of hall way to rooms. Had pet stains that he treated carefully although my husband felt the charge per gal on treatment was excessive. Over all I was more satisfied than the previous companies cleaning.

I have used only Zerorez for several years. My carpets are terrible and really sort of uncleanable, but they always look nice for a while. When I had an unacceptable result one time, the company went out of its way to correct it. I also appreciated the fact that they very graciously repaired my roof and eave when they backed the truck in it.

I spent $700.00 for carpet cleaning 3 bedrooms and 2 closets. The technician used the " flash" solution and equipment and the urine smell is still very strong in both closets, in fact, in one closet the smell is worse.
It's fine to pay more money for a good product. I am very disappointed with the results

Edwin, our technician, was very polite and professional. I loved that the cleaning process did not have a chemical smell during the treatment or after the carpet dried.
Edwin successfully removed some of our spots , and tried to remove others that were permanent due to the age and type of stain.

Edwin definitely left our house cleaner than when he initially arrived!

My Ducts, tile and carpets are cleaner than they were and I thank you for that. However, it 2 days for my carpets to dry, the tech left a huge container of soap behind with no lid. I thought that the would ZeroRez angle was that you don't use soap. This could have been a huge hazard for our puppy! I have grime and grit everywhere from the ducts. This was a lot more expensive that we thought it would be, we felt that we were being upsold at every turn. It turned out that we where not billed enough, which was a blessing for us, thank you!
The most disappointing thing was that the kitchen floor has a lot of grout missing after the cleaning. Now we will have to spend more money getting that repaired. I feel like I could have saved a ton of money and done most of this myself and had better results.

Austin was on time and very knowledgable about the products he used. He was very thorough amd took special care not to damage any walls or furniture. We will be requesting him in the future. We had a very difficult room with some animal stains (smell). Austin took extra care and spent a lot of time to get the smell out. We are very happy with the result.
