The quality of the service was very professional. I think it would be beneficial to advise clients when making a booking that it can take up to 6hrs to dry and that you should not walk on it until dry. That way they can book times that take this into consideration.

We were not quoted prices before the technician did the stairs, couch & rugs.
He also had a very hard time explaining the pet odor removal options.
The house/rug does not smell any different, and there is damage to the custom faux on some corners in the house from him dragging the hoses around the corners.

He was a nice guy, and helped us get the cost of the couch down, which we appreciate, but a bit disappointed in the overall experience for the cost.

Zerorez cleaned up our 5+ year old carpet and stretched it out where it had pulled from the tile. It looks so much better and it has kept us from having to replace our carpet prior to putting the house on the market. The technician was very friendly, knowledgeable and on time.

I've been a client for some time, however I was disappointed by the haphazard job that was done on my carpet and tile floors this last visit. My bill was over$400 dollars and I ended up with some tiles not clean and a whole in the wall where they moved the kitchen table. Had to go back and point out stains that he said wouldn't come up but once he started rubbing them they did come up so only a little effort was needed. The technician was very polite but I got the impression that he didn't know what he was doing . I'm not sure if you are experiencing a Labor or training shortage but very different from the technicians of the past visits🙁

Cost for pet treatment is very high. After carpet cleaning, carpet still has odor in 3 areas that were treated. Spot is gone but not odor. It has been 3 days since cleaned, waited to ensure completely dry. Will call to schedule another treatment without any additional cost.
