Great technician!
Very thorough. Informative about what to expect and if unable to remove any stains. Also like that my carpets dry quicker that with any other carpet cleaner.

We brought you in for three reasons. Good price for three rooms. Advertising on Christian radio. And not using chemicals. You were on time and stayed the a mount of time you said you would.
However I was convinced to consider the pet treatment for the rooms since we have three pets, so I trusted that and paid a whole lot more than I was planning on doing, hoping that all that I was told was true. however, now my dining room smells only of urine, where as before it did not!! There are yellowish stains that have continued to emerge, that I did not know about before. But the odor is the main concern as well! Now I don't know what to do about that.
I thought what he said was exactly THAT which I was avoiding! he said that with his pet treatment I would not end up with the urine odor.
So I am not happy. I spent a lot and got some good cleaning but ended up with urine smell and yellowish spots..
I have never had professional carpet cleaning before. I was not told that the technician would move absolutely nothing... not a trash can, not a power cord, nothing. When we did the walk-through, the technician did not at all mention that fact even when I showed him that one of my stains was halfway under a table between the side table and the couch, and a little bit under the couch. I would have moved a whole lot of stuff if I had known that. I also was not impressed with the price tripling during the walk-through. I did not pay that. I paid what I originally signed up for. Saying that, there are still gray tread marks in a high-use area that I had to get down on my hands and knees and scrub with Resolve...I got better results doing it myself. The technician was very professional, very kind and easy to work with. I just wish I had known beforehand what I was really getting for my money.

The team that showed up to my house was delightful. Everything that was done was explained thoroughly. I will have them back.
My carpets look great after the cleaning from Zerorez. A few areas of high traffic couldn't come out perfect but I can accept that. They were pretty dry by late evening and completely dry when I got up the next morning. So over all I would say I was satisfied and the price was reasonable.

Everything was good, The technician, Joe was polite,courteous and very competent.
I thought I was going to get my receipt by e-mail, as well as resturant certificate for a meal.
The carpet was really dirty before it got cleaned by Zerorez. Afterwards, I couldn't believe how clean it was and I expected spots to come back a couple of days later as they usually do after we get our carpet cleaned professionally. This time, no spots have come back and it's been a week since we got the carpets cleaned. The service guys were great and friendly and very professional. The entire experience was great.
