Your technician was extremely professional and courteous. His equipment broke down during our job so he had to come back the next day to finish it. When the job was done he told us about the survey process. When I said to him that the equipment issue was not his fault, he quickly answered that he is the face of the company. I led a customer service organization for years. His response says a lot about him as an individual and the company culture. This is the first time I've used your company for carpet cleaning and I will definitely be back.

The technician that came to my house was not very thorough and I specifically asked to have a a granite counter top quote and he was not able to do that. He did however get the job done but I have come to expect much more from previous cleanings with Zerorez.
Also the Truck running in my driveway blew its exhaust and killed a 2 foot by 4 foot section of my grass. This should be considered when parking your vans at peoples homes.
I am waiting today for the counter top specialist and I hope that it goes well.

I love that all of the Warren in dirt and grime that I thought would never come up was able to come up. I also love the fact that my carpet was completely dry before the end of the day. And I love how professional and courteous the workers were. I also got my upholstery clean which I had never done since day one of mine it over 10 years ago and it looks like it's brand new again

I spent $300 alone on the chemicals to get urine smell out of carpet but within 24 hours the smell was back. For almost $600 total I feel that the smell should be gone entirely.
Overwise my Technician was a good guy who did his job right.
Came so late 7:30 evening & not realized till next morning...not clean. It looks like good vacuumed. I am not satisfied!!!

The air duct cleaning made a big different in my allergies. Your tech showed me before and after videos of the cleaning and it definitely needed it!

We still have stains after the carpet dried. That was the main thing we wanted gone. The carpet is much cleaner , just wish the stains were goine.

With our chemical sensitivity, I like the water only use of carpet cleaning. The use of the professional equipment helps to pull out dirt from deep within the carpet fibers that I cannot achieve with regular vacuuming with a household vacuum cleaner.
Every time I have used Zerorez, you have had to come again to redo an area. Why can't you get it clean the first time.
