heard about Zerorez on my favorite FM station and host Berry Samsuma' testamony. Great endorsement...I called and was quoted $335.00 to clean 12 vents and 3 returns. I guess this 86 year old might have misunderstood the howevers. My system is approx 5-6 years old and I was complimented by your technitions regarding the thorough installation.

Your technition did not pull the vent covers to inspect and take pictures of the inside of the ducts..don't know why I expected same except by ad pictures depicting same. Did take photos of the central unit that showed coil and fan motor to have dust build up. This area seemed to be the culprit that might be causing my respritory problem.. so considering my budget and a $335 expectation, without seeing pictures of what might be built up dust in the circa 69 duct system, we opted to go for the central system clean...coil and motor and ($75/ return duct clean)

Still wish they would have inspected the inside of the air duct...considering the relatively new system, in hind site I probably should have ask the supplier to service and clean.

You advertise no water my carpets are still wet after 24 hours. Your Tech was wonderful. But carpers still has stains. Not his fault just think Zerorez is falsely advertised.

I have tried other so called "bargain" carpet cleaners who basically used the same dirty water and soap just spinning around and some minimal removal of dirt leaving a sticky wet carpet that appeared dull.
With ZeroRez I like the heated, clean water which then is removed with the dirt and you can really see a difference. I have also been very pleased with the dog/urine/stain formula treatments that made carpets really , the pad. I have used ZeroRez several times and been very pleased with the professionalism and friendly service of the staff. They are patient to explain the various options and the costs are reasonable. B. Don't rush the technician to get to the next job. I'm having to have someone come back out to fix an oversight by my technician. He was rushed to get to the next job. Very annoying. But I do like the cleaning method and he did a great job, except for the oversight at the end.

The carpet seems to be very clean. The service man was very nice and knowledgeable. He did a really good job on my tile. The service was prompt and we were pleased.
