The Tech did a great job and put in a lot of hard work.
Tech was great.
The tech did a great job on the carpets. However there a 2 damaged areas on my walls. One is minor but the other is about 4 inches long by 1 inch high and almost went all the way thru the wall. I understand these things can and do happen, but the tech should have told me about it. There is no way he would not have known he did it. I just had the walls painted 2 weeks prior to your service so I know it wasn't there prior to your service. Thank you Name removed
I didn't have a valid greensky card to use, and they were able to still help me pay. This alone ensured my business for life.

This was my first experience with Zerorez and I was extremely satisfied with the quality of service and the end result of the carpet being totally cleaned. In the past I have mainly used Blackmon Mooring and once used Stanley Steamer, but from now on, I will be using Zerorez. The cleaning process that Zerorez uses to clean the carpet, is one that I have never seen before and it removed stains that other companies have not been able to remove. The two employee's that serviced my carpet, thoroughly explained the process to me, which I found to be interesting.
Because the rugs and carpeting actually wind up being clean....
1) customer service was not professional/attentive
2) after several weeks, I have not received my coupon for Brazilian restaurant as promised.

I have columns in my house that were damaged by your technician and he left my house without acknowledging the damage he had done! I called your customer service sent pictures of the damaged columns and am still waiting for a call back. Very bad service and customer service.
Professional, efficient service.
The technician was awesome, the service was great. It's that it's somewhat expensive. 3 rooms for $99, add a room plus pet treatment in 1 room and it's over $200.
I like the way Zerorez cleaned my carpet and brought back the life of the carpet to look brand new. Besides the carpet cleaning, I had them clean tile grout, as well as, adding a sealer over the grout. I liked how the carpet felt on my feet when I walked across the room the next day. The tiles looked fresh and clean. I was very impressed how everything was done right and done in a timely manner. Thank you Zerorez.
I'm absolutely thrilled with the way my carpets came out. I didn't think they would come out this clean, they look wonderful. The service technician was a pleasure to work with, he worked really hard and never took a break. He did a fabulous job. I would never have any other company clean my carpets.

Pet odor remover services
Good job.
We asked for pet stains to be treated and they were not. Our carpets only appear to have been dampened and not cleaned. Follow-up vaccuming returned the carpets to the exact same state that they were in prior to your 'treatment'.
I like the idea that there's no soap residue. A couple years ago you took out some candlewax from an automatic and it was amazing.
Thank you for coming out this year and redoing the area rug that still had some dirt that showed.
In general the people you have sent out have been well trained and high-quality.
