Gave realistic expectations for the post-cleaning outcome of their 24 year-old carpet, and then proceeded to make the carpets look awesome! The service desk staff was so helpful - handled my cancellation and last minute reschedule seamlessly, and called back to provide updates on arrival time and was dead-on. My folks are thrilled with the appearance of the carpet and I was happy beyond words to get the carpets cleaned and their AC replaced, all in one day! I will definitely use Zerorez again!

The technician that came out were very friendly and honest. They took before and after pictures as well to show me how awful things looked so I could make an educated decision. I bought the air purifier they recommended. Before using it my allergies inside my home were terrible. After a few hours my house smelled cleaner. That night I slept better and some up feeling better. I am very pleased.

I was shocked when the technician arrived and asked if he could dump some of his tank because it was so full into our yard. There is no way I want dirty water from other people's homes poured over my grass. He said he couldn't pour it out into the street because that was illegal, so we allowed him to pour it into a French drain. I have used another company for years and they have never asked to do that. I gave your company a try since the other company I use is so busy dealing with hurricane cleanup. Sorry to say I won't be using your company again.
