1st. I never receive a call from the technician 2hours prior coming. I have to call to ask if someone where coming because the time ser was between 2-4pm and it was already 1:40pm
2nd. The operator told me that the technician in the area was finishing the prior appointment and head to my house. Which was a lie because then I have to call at 4pm again because nobody show up. Then this other operator appologiized for the delayed and offer me a one room discount. That's the least they could do.
3rd. The technician arrived until 5:30 pm excusing himself that's he had the wrong address on the oposite side of town but in the invoice was the right address.
4rd. I had prepared the rooms and clear the areas because I want all of my carpet to be clean. So the Technician was doing his job with bad attitude and he just really operated the vacuum, I pushed the furniture away and back to place, and to be sure it was just 2 big pieces per room to be moved. Of course I wanted every square inch of the carpet tombs clean and I did all the job and he did his bit in a very bad attitude.
5th. The promotion stated that with the carpet cleaned there will be a 10ft sq of growth tile to be cleaned and a gift card. Well this guy finished in less than an hour and put all away bring me the invoice and when unmentioned about the tile trough he give me a face like he was done. So I said forget about it.
Hope to receive the gift card at lease. And it will take more than a month.
So even that the carpet look clean. I WILL NOT RECLMENT ZEROREZ TO ANY BODY AT ALL.
This was my first time using your company. First of all, the technician, Anthony arrived on time. He introduced himself and thoroughly explained the process he would use to clean my carpet. My carpet had numerous stains from our pet dog and had not been cleaned in over a year. He was very professional and walked me through the additional steps needed to ensure all stains would b removed. He calculated the estimated costs and answered all my questions. He was flexible as I made several changes from the original plan. He did an outstanding job in cleaning the carpet... which caused me to add additional rooms. My family and I were truly impressed as to the end result. He also cleaned a complimentary section of tile which caused me to pay the additional to power wash the entire Kitchen area. Finally I would highly recommend Zerorez to my family and friends. I also applaud the company in hiring this young man, Anthony... who truly did an amazing job and is an asset to the company. Garrett seemed quite knowledgeable. He was very pleasant and did a thorough job. We were quite pleased.
The representative was very professional and informative, he explained in detail about the product and what he would be doing. I like the fact that your company did not use chemicals or soap, and yet my carpet was very cleaned.
The person who came was very polite and informative. He explained every step of the process and was patient when we had questions. Zerorez definitely lives up to their reviews and we are glad we used them, our carpet looks amazing.
The reps that come out are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Price is very fair for the amount of work they have to do. Love the company!! Definitely recommend.

I liked the process that you go through to clean the carpet. The tech was professional and very nice took the time to explain what he was going to do and how the process works and he did a great job. The technician recommended an additional treatment for stains that tripled the price of the cleaning. The professional cleaning along with special treatment didnt clean my carpet as well as my personal steam cleaner.
We will not use ZEROREZ again.

Depending on the technician, they try to get away with doing as little as possible. The time before this month's work, the technician used the same carpet shampooer machine to do my kitchen tile and left puddles of water all over the floor. they will go around anything and everything rather than pick up or remove something, i.e. light chairs or tables (from which I had already moved all breakables) or even floor mats in my office. I have used Zerorez for several years, but it seems the service gets less and less SUPERIOR!
THE TECHS OBVIOUSLY MAKE THE DIFFERENCE! I may go back to Stanley Steemer and give them another try. Sorry, but your service needs some improvement.

I scheduled a carpet cleaning just to freshen up my relatively new carpet and plump up some high traffic areas. This would be the third time I've used your service. When the technician was finished cleaning my carpet he asked me if I wanted to look things over. I now regret that I didn't go all the way into my master bedroom, I just looked inside from the doorway because I didn't want to walk on the wet carpet. Later that evening my husband and I finally went into the room and found six dark, rust colored stains close to the bathroom door. There wasn't a single stain on the carpet before but these stains were very dark and unmistakable. The next thing we were concerned about was it took nearly three days for the carpet to thoroughly dry as it was so saturated from the cleaning. I called your office first thing the next morning regarding the stains. It took almost a week for a time slot to open. The representative came out and spot treated the stains but it only lightened them, it did not remove them. He said that the stains weren't consistent with anything that Zerorez uses or your machinery. He had to write in his notes that it was nothing that Zerorez did to create the stains. Since I have no pets and my children are grown and out of the house, and no one went into that room after the cleaning I had to just state that we didn't put those stains there and it had to be the technician that did it. I then scheduled your technician to come out a second time to try to clean the stains. It took another couple of days of rescheduling because I had to leave unexpectedly on the day of the second cleaning. He tried again to remove the stains but unfortunately they didn't come out. I will say that the technician that spot treated those stains was very nice and did everything he could to try to get those stains out. I'm so frustrated and disappointed that I called your company out to just freshen up my clean carpet and your technician left stains on my carpet that won't come out. I can't recommend you to anyone. I'm not even sure if I will use your company again even though I would really like to stick with you.
