I really like the whole process used by my zerorez technician. My carpet feels so wonderfully clean, not heavy from cleaners left in it. The technician, Edwin, was super great, friendly and patient while I did last minute moving and vacuuming and then a lot of questions. Underscore patient and friendly. I’ve had some bad experiences in the past.
Our technician was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job on my rug! It was dry within a few hours and looks amazing!

What do I like? JAYLON HARRIS!
When my carpet was cleaned in September, I was told that the technician could not remove a small spot on my carpet. In addition, he seemed more anxious to finish and leave than do a good job. Not Jaylon. He worked diligently and left the carpet looking better than new. Unlike the technician in September who asked that I give him a good response so that it would help his family, Jaylon seemed only interested in making certain that I was completely happy with his job and with the company.
I will be requesting Jaylon Harris for any future service. He is awesome!

Your advertisements far exceed the results. I was led to believe that your process would give my carpet the "new carpet" look. I did not get that. I'm sure my carpets are free of toxins or allergic residue, but they do not look significantly better. I am sure my expectations were too great. After hearing the ads on KLUV, and Rebecca Black talking about how they made her carpet look like new after she had all her dogs in the house, I sort of thought that mine would look great, since we have no pets. They did not improve the look of travel paths, or wear. If you can't improve on things that are normal wear, then don't give this impression.
need just a little more spot cleaner and a little more of that orange citrus smell and try to get more in the corners of your carpets and behind the doors could be better touched up as for the rest its a great company and does an excellent job
Very thorough and detailed service with friendly attitude.
The basic service is a good deal. The add on’s are a bit pricey and not really worth it. The pet treatment is $75 / gallon. That’s a bit absurd. Will most likely just stick to the basic next time as I don’t think the pet treatments are with the price.

Your scheduling is terrible. Your techs are always running late because they talk the previous customer into getting more rooms cleaned and that delays them getting to the next customer. This time mine was 1 hour 15 minutes later than my 2 hour window. I can never get an early appointment on Saturday because of how your routes are set up.
We are extremely pleased with the drastically clean carpet and kitchen tile results since the visit by Zerorez.
Everything looks great and smells great except for the room that had the pet treatment. It smelled great when it was done that day. It once it dried the pee smell returned. It isn’t as strong but unfortunately still has the pee smell. 😞
The guy that came out was great!! Other than that I did not see any difference from other carpet cleaning companies. Still had to wait six hours to walk on carpet or put anything on it. I thought zerorez was suppose to be a lot better that other carpet cleaners. The carpet last maybe 4 hours until it went back to looking how it started. Granted we were moving in so lots of foot traffic but we didnt put shoes on the carpet until a day later. Just very disappointed on the outcome of the clean. Once again the guy that did the carpet was awesome was not his fault at all and had really good experience with him.

“YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME” was 10-12 Monday.
I received a call at 11:30 stating that the tech was running late and would be there at 12 or a few minutes later. At 12:30 I called you, and you could not contact your tech. Told me a tech was in his way. A tech showed up at 1:00. He completed his job at 2:00.
I would not use your services again or recommend your services based on the lack of your office personnel concern for my time.
Your tech performed his services professionally, apologized, and I felt bad for him because he walked into this issue with no warning.
I blame your admin staff, as my original call into the office to request Services seemed to me that I was annoying or bothering her.
This is as honest as I can be, YOU asked me to report my experience.
