Tom provided the best carpet cleaning job we have ever had!!
The technician let the spray work on the stains about 10 min. before starting. I think that definitely helped to remove some pretty bad stains! He was nice and made sure I was happy with the cleaning before he left. I think his name was Andrew (pretty sure).

Got up a nasty stain
Other than the "pre-treat" solution, you do not use anything but water (as far as I can tell). We have used Zerorez for several years now and we are always pleased with the outcome. The technician was very courteous and worked hard to give us a good job. The only thing we were surprised with this time is it took twice as long for the carpet to dry compared to prior years.
Dekeame was a pleasure and did a wonderful job of cleaning our carpet and tile.
Always very friendly, gets right to work and keeps me informed.

I had exceptional service from Tyler and would recommend him to everyone I know. Great job! Selling and suggesting but not being too pushy. Courteous and polite!
They get the carpet clean and there is no cleaner smell. Like that it is eco friendly.
I thought everything was good I walked all the rooms with the zero Rez employee and specifically wanted the pet urine stains cleaned and removed. That’s the only reason I had you come out. He did some kind of test spot and then said something about having to charge extra to remove all the spots. And said something about wall to wall instead of spot cleaning I must have misunderstood because I thought he was saying what I was going to pay extra for would remove all the stains. Of course when he was leaving it was wet and all looks fine even after it’s dry you can’t see the stains like you could before. I got a uv light and all the spots are still there and if you get down on them you can smell them. I pulled up the receipt and it says something about waiving pet stain remover and it could make he spots bigger and smell and that any future treatments would cost full rate . I am disappointed that I went with Your Company. I will have to call some other company to get my carpet cleaned.

No chemicals - amazing depth of clean and soft sparkling clean final product. I had no idea whatsoever that it was possible to get the level of clean that we saw upon completion. It was amazing. And our service person, Fabian, was on time, gracious and polite and our level of customer service evaluation is a 10 of 10. Well done. We will return as needed.
I was charged $46 per room (the "current special"), but I had a mailer coupon that stated the special was $29 per room. I was charged $60 for the"Topical Non-Guaranteed Pet Treatment" that I did not see applied - the only thing applied to the carpet after the cleaning was the "Whole House Protectant" for $90. So for the 5 rooms and the missing Pet Treatment I believe that I was over charged by $145.
Always does a great job and technicians are very professional.
