The young man that came to the house could not have been nicer or more helpful. He did a fantastic job considering the tile and carpet are 20 years old. Very nice young man, worked very hard.

The service was excellent and our service man was knowledgeable and friendly. The only drawback was the cleaning started later than expected. We would still recommend the service though.
I requested a 30 minute call ahead of the arrival which was done and the technician was at my home when I arrived. He was professional, courteous and well trained. He completed the ordered services of carpet and a stairwell. He did such an excellent job I added a sofa cleaning while he was there and again did a great job.
Highly recommend Zerorez to anyone needing carpet services.

Justin was very courteous, and good at what he does! I had my doubts as to a couple of areas of carpet truly coming clean and WOW they did. Will most definitely call again for service when I start to notice is needs to be done again!
