The carpet was to wet

Since the gentleman came in through my front door I had to prop my front glass door open. It happened to be very windy that day and my glass door ended up breaking. When my ex husband went to talk to the guy about it the guy said, “Do you want me to call God”. I spent over $300 with you all and now will have to pay more to have my door fixed. I don’t make the kind of money where something like that doesn’t impact me. He took pictures and said he would take it to the manager and the manager would call me on Monday. Here it is Wednesday and I have received no phone call about it.

Your representative, Joe A. was very thorough in explainiing what he was going to do, explained while completing the job and gave an overview upon completion. He worked hard all the time he was here, without complaining, and left everything in order.

The serviceman was very professional & thorough. I like the fact that the cleaning solution is safe for my family & the environment.

Couldn’t tell it had been cleaned .. it looked brushed but all the traffic areas were visible and they weren’t bad to begin with ,.. your truck said extremely clean carpets , maybe you left zerorez but the carpet itself didn’t look any better ... I’m just disappointed

First of all, I called and got a quote from you all and stanley steamer for three rooms of carpet and one room of tile. You all gave me a much cheaper quote but it ended up $100 more and $70 more than the stanley steamer quote. Then, the carpet looked clean on the first day, which was Sunday but as of right now, on Tuesday, the stains that seemed removed, have bled back through and my carpet feels crunchy, as if there is residue remaining. I am very upset because we could have gone with another company but were assured you all would be the best and we just are not satisfied. The tile turned out good; however, it was over $100 more than quoted to clean it and the carpet, which was our main objective is just not good.

The carpet is thoroughly cleaned. Garrett Foster did an amazing job. Very professional and he removed stains from the carpet that others could not.

My house feels so clean. Randy did a great job. He was courteous, friendly, acommodating, and hard working. I like that you don't use harsh chemicals, as my family, and my pets suffer from allergies.

Self contained cleaning was improvement over others we have used

I was not told if the extra cost for “flooding “ pet stains so I was expecting $400 and final bill was $740!!

The gentleman that serviced my ac unit was extremely informative. He also knows the meaning of exceptional service. He went above and beyond. Zerorez is lucky to have him on their team.

It was a good job, better than last year. I wish the drying time was faster, It took overnight to dry.

My carpet is not as clean as expected for $190. I am very disappointed. I used this company before and I thought you did an awesome job. This go round was awful! I feel like it should be re cleaned or I should receive a hefty discount.

Great carpet cleaning.

Well, at the moment I'm not too thrilled! I just opened the door to that bedroom and the pee smell seems to smell stronger than even before. Than fan has been going since late Friday afternoon.

However, I'll give it another week to totally dry. I don't have any more money to put into this carpet! I will, however, NEVER have anyone else stay here who has any kind of animal~!!!!!

I thought the technician was particularly professional and knowledgeable. The outcome was very good and the process for cleaning and coating with polyurethane made the floors look like new, in a very cost effective way.
