Everything about my service through Zerorez was wonderful. The people I spoke with initially were friendly and answered all my questions. The technician, Paul, was great! He was very professional and friendly. He did a great job answering any questions I had and explaining the specifics of what he would be doing that day. He did a fantastic job cleaning my carpets, floor, rug, and upholstery. I also really liked the fact that the cleaning process doesn't leave any residues in the carpet to attract dirt in the future. This is my first time using Zerorez. I have hesitated to use Zerorez in the past because Zerorez is priced significantly higher than other carpet cleaning companies I have used in the past. (Last year I paid $535 dollars for the same service I did with Zerorez this year at a cost of $980.) I was generally happy with last year's service from the other company, but had a couple of things that left me a bit disappointed. That's why I decided to try Zerorez this year. I felt that Paul did a better job cleaning those tougher problem areas. At this point I am planning to see how my carpets hold up in comparison to last year's cleaning. At that point I will decide if it is worth the additional cost. That really is my only hesitation with using Zerorez. Even though the cleaning process is better, it is hard to justify an 83% price differential.
If you the first scheduled, then the time of arrival should be more accurate.
Our tech was awesome.. Very courteous , polite, wore his shoe covers.. listened to all carpet concerns. zerorez came highly recommended by our son Patrick Last name removed and heard many ads by Jody Dean on KLOVE radio.

Your service provider, Dominique Finley, was knowledgeable, professional and extremely competent. He explained carefully each of his findings, the proposed remedies and the costs. He did not make a sales pitch or attempt to pressure a purchase of any particular product.
His work was outstanding and the carpets look great. After he cleaned each section he invited us to review his work and point out any problems. In performing his work he was extremely careful to protect walls, furniture and other items from any damage.
We are extremely please with Zerorez and Mr. Finley and will continue to use them for our floor cleaning needs.

Arrived on time as the call said, and did not make a mess even though it was raining outside. Jarad talked and showed to me problem areas and what treatment was necessary.
The employee's demeanor was good, and INITIAL cleaning on the carpet while it was wet, LOOKED LIKE the stains removed, however, that was NOT the case, when it dried, even with the pet treatment.
In addition, after employee put up equipment, and it was then that i questioned if he was going to clean the kitchen tile, to which he responded that he didn't know that I was having any tile cleaned. He was here approximately 1 hour, total. Overall, this was my delay in responding to this survey.
Based on the stain cleaning, the cost being so high, knowing that i could have purchased a home carpet steam machine, or, even having the cleaning cost going TOWARDS placing tile down, which my husband wanted me to do in the first place, but I had just had total knee replacement, and i just wanted the carpet cleaned. I heard on the radio that Zeroez was supposed to be so good, but what a disappointing experience this was!

We had a miscommunication on the price of doing a rug in addition to the package carpeting special but when management found out about it, they called and made an adjustment. I was pleasantly surprised that I would hear back from them and even more surprised when they suggested an adjustment in the amount after I had already paid the higher amount. They truly believe in providing complete customer satisfaction.
The carpet cleaning left a line around the baseboards which I was never informed would/could happen as a result of the service. When I asked the technician about it, he informed me his tool does not get close enough to the baseboards and it is a known issue; he advised me to call and have someone sent out to address it to ensure I was satisfied with the carpet cleaning results. When I called I was told it is a filtration line and would cost $1 per linear foot to correct. This is deceptive and abusive to clients using a bait technique without informing them there will be additional costs to get the carpet completely cleaned. I was told it was $29 per room but to clean the filtration line it adds an additional $50+! That is false advertisement at BEST.

Horrible customer service. Told me they would be there at 10, started calling to find out where they were at at 11 and they has to pull someone from Irving and they showed up at 12:45 after numerous calls. Carpets look good, and only took them 30 minutes to clean, but the hassel......
My technician answered my questions, explained well, and was very customer service oriented. Randy did a nice job on our carpet and tile. I'll request him when it's time for the next cleaning.

Professional and on time.
The technician was friendly and easy to work with. The areas that were cleaned with the stronger animal treatment still have an odor. The stains are pretty much gone, but it was the odor I was most concerned with. Also, the technician wore the shoe protectors inside and outside which defeats the purpose of putting them on. After seeing that, it makes me wonder if he also cut corners on my carpet cleaning. If someone could come back for a second cleaning on those spots, that would be appreciated.
On a positive note, I really appreciate all the communication that day from the scheduling office to update me on his arrival time.
