They did a fantastic job removing pett stains and odor.
we really liked Desmond and thought he did a fantastic job. however, he left one little spot with too much water and i'm afraid that just allowed more dirt and grease to stick around. also, he left his bottle of cleaner.

It dries a little faster than others and the rep was knowledge and good, on both carpet and tile.
WE HAD SOME PRETTY STRONG PET URINE SMELLS IN TWO AREAS THAT DID NOT GO COMPLETELY AWAY AFTER THE INITIAL CLEANING WE HAD SCHEDULED. I CALLED AND THE CSR AND THE QC PERSONNEL DISCUSSED THE ISSUE AND SENT THE ORIGINAL TECH OUT TO RETREAT THOSE AREAS WITH A CONCENTRATE AND IT CORRECTED OUR ISSUE. THEY WERE GREAT!
Cleaned my carpet n tiles to my satisfaction with extra efforts .
Zerorez did a great job cleaning my tile, but when the water/cleaner was left on my tile for 20 minutes or so to do its job, it seeped under the adjoining wood flooring and caused water damage. :(
Early arrival. Fabian was fantastic, thorough and courteous. My carpets are as clean as they were brand new. A definite 10 !!!
Company careful about the chemicals, utilize a more green approach
Aaron Hicks was awesome, my carpets looked BRAND NEW after he left and still looked the same this morning. I have used ZeroRez for 4+ years and have always gotten great customer service. Aaron was by far the best technician I have ever had!

The service man here was very polite and tidy. I thought the carpet would be a little cleaner but maybe the carpet is too old.

The carpets look & smell very clean & fresh. The technician did an outstanding job. We were very happy with the result.
I had my carpets cleaned at the end of August. I used a different company because they had a very cheap special at the time. However, I was not happy at all! The carpets and tile looked exactly the same as they did when he left! And when all was said and done I ended up paying $200 anyways for extra products that was suppose to “protect the floors.”
This time I went with who everyone recommended! I was THOUROUGHLY impressed and satisfied. My carpets look almost as good as they did when we built the house 6 months ago! It’s hard to do that with two small kids and 2 dogs! You have a lifelong customer! And Keith was very nice and tested a spot to be sure I would be happy before he started the full job and before I had to pay for something I was unhappy with! THank you ZeroRez!
Tech was on time
The technician was very professional and the service was really great. The rooms I had cleaned looked good as new!
We got the 3 room deal and that worked out fine. Then we decided to have a rug cleaned while he was here and that rug 8x10 cost more than the 3 rooms....and took him all of 10 minutes. I felt ripped off. I should have asked how much it would cost before I had it done but couldn't believe the charge would be so exorbitant. You will be getting some really bad press on this on the Robson Ranch message board.
To make it right...refund that amount which is in excess of a reasonable charge.
Your technician was on time and very congenial. He made sure we agreed on the price and the quality of the service he delivered.
