I like the fact that you guys call when the technician is on the way even when you provide an estimated arrival window. The technician, Eric, came on time and was very efficient. He gave options rather than sell us into buying expensive products. He did an excellent job in cleaning our air duct system and was clear in explaining the process. Overall, he was very polite and easy to talk to.

Justin was awesome! He went above and beyond. When he noticed paint on the carpet he ran out to his truck to get a tool to help remove it. He assisted with moving furniture so that we could clean every inch of carpet. He was friendly and professional!
The cost for pet stain removal is high comparatively to other firms. You do a great job but sometimes you can’t pay $60 a gallon extra

The extra I paid for the pet odor at $75 per galloon and he used 3 gallons, my carpet still smells like cat pee. I hope you have a guarantee as I will be calling you tomorrow! If you do then I will up this rating.
