The service was excellent! Everything was handled very professionally and my floors look great.

This is our first time to use Zerorez so as the saying goes, the proof is in the pudding. However, your service tech, Joe A, was excellent and we really enjoyed working with him throughout the entire process.

I never received a call prior to my appointment to confirm time of arrival so I wasn’t 100% prepared as well as I don’t feel like the carpet was cleaned as well as I thought it would be. I had a couple of spots that still remain in the carpet and one was tea and the other was coffee so nothing major and I feel like they should have came out with a good carpet cleaner. I chose to try Zerorez to see if I would get a better clean than Stanley Steamer. Unfortunately I will most likely go back to using Stanley Steamer

the only disappointment I had that the amount quoted over the phone was half of what the final charge was. the tech explained they only quote the cleaning of the hardwoods and not the reapplication of poly that goes on after the cleaning. The cleaning tech was very nice.

You all did a wonderful job and Ron Self was so helpful in explaining all of the benefits of Zerorez. Dave did a fine job with the process. We had 2 stubborn stains and Ron sent out Ed who completely resolved the problem. You have a great product with a terrific team!

Future Horizons

Technician did not make original spot and we had to re schedule. I had to make arrangements for someone to be there because I had to work. Technician called and said it would be $75 more for the treatment to one room. I asked him to leave and cancel my appt. I only needed one room done, but had to pay for 3, and I was paying $200. I explained if he could not get the room I needed cleaned and odor free with the one gallon, that he needed to leave and I would figure something else out.

After a lengthy discussion and me asking him not to do my carpets if he could not get them odor free for under $299 then I needed him to leave. Do not service my house. He then said he would take this opportunity as a challenge for him and guaranteed me that if he could not get the odor out, with the one gallon, he would not charge me anything.

I was not home. He called me when he was done and stated he got the smell out and that as the day went on and the carpets dried, they would smell even better.

He lied. The odor is not gone whatsoever.

The tile room he cleaned was about 3X8 and he didn't even get around the toilet done.

Prior to this experienced I have raved and referred many people to your company. And I had only used y'all once I am extremely unhappy with this service. Had we not have had to reschedule, had I been there, I would not have allowed this to happen.

Our serviceman was a polite gentleman, he explained what all he was going to do.

We will not use any other cleaning company to do our carpets. Our carpets stayed clean longer with the Zerorez products and equipment. this was our second time. You have a good product and good servicemen.

My house feels fresh after the service

Setting up appointments - Both times when I have used this service, people answering the phones and setting up appointments have been knowledgeable and very helpful.

Time window of 2 hours instead of the usual 4 hours with many other services - it makes it much easier for working people to plan their days

Day of notification on timing of the service - this was very helpful. Also the service was started comfortably within the given time frame.

Service provider - the gentleman who did the service was very knowledgeable, very helpful, and thorough yet efficient in completing the job.

Drying time - Although it took slightly longer than stated to be completely dry, I love the fact that the carpets are relatively dry within 2-3 of hours of service.

The service tech was on time and took care of the property. In addition he spent time trying to remove stains and providing information on services.

Products used are environmentally safe and the customer service from my Technician was above and beyond. This was my first time using Zerorez to clean my carpets & area rugs, but it definitely will not be my last!

The grout cleaner has a round head. You need a better way to get into corners for a more detailed clean. The carpet cleaning is very good. Recommend a better pretreatment to get more stains out. Especially red stains.

Service was good but I wish your technicians were uniformed and drove marked vans. It would make your service more professional and your customers more secure.

Zerorez has always been the best carpet service i have ever used. You always make my carpets look new again.
