The technicians were great. I’m a little disappointed in the outcome. We were treating pet stains and I don’t think it was all removed. This is the first time I’ve had the carpets cleaned and I was hoping to get a more noticeable result. Not sure what to do from here.

The rooms have dark streaks in them. They look dirty. They were soaking wet in areas after 24 hrs and still damp In places. When called they rescheduled me since I wouldn’t change my appointments to fit their schedule on Thursday afternoon and the girl I spoke with could have cared less that I was upset and concerned about how this was being handled. I now have to wait and change my schedule again for you to come out and fix you mistakes. I paid over $366 for 3 rooms which is unreasonable to begin with but expected A LOT better service and result for those prices. Customer service doesn’t exist from what I can see at you company.
I was very disappointed this time compared to last time. I asked for your best technician because I am very picky. I just kept getting apologies from the tech because his blue light didn't work, he had a different truck, he had a hand sprayer for the protective (scotch guard) coating so didn't get a good application. It was one excuse after the another. My den carpet was dirtier on the prior visit and yet it was the cleanest ever afterwards. Den carpet still looks dirty in spots now that it is dry. It has always taken at least two days for the carpet to dry in all the years I have them cleaned. This time they were dry in a matter of hours. Would like a lead technician to come and work as hard as the previous technician who did a great job. I even move all the furniture out of the rooms except for one sofa to make their job easier. Not sure I will use you again.
I thought the reservation process was very easy to use and the follow-up system was very good. Used the products and services a couple of months ago and was pleased with the outcome. The part of this service that pleased me most was my technician, RICARDO. This young man was not only very polite and knowledgeable, but he went out of his way to help me carry some boxes to the curb that were too heavy for me to carry alone. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE BY RICARDO ... THANK YOU AGAIN, RICARDO. This is a quality that cannot be trained -- it is instinctive and very much appreciated!
Ease of schedule, on time.
The carpets are clean but not left sopping wet.
1. The technicians are on-time, always friendly and efficient and do great work. 2. Prices and options are known up-front - so no surprises; that's great. 3. The call-in to schedule the cleaning works great.
Technician was friendly, quick and efficient- have used Zerorez for years and love the clean carpet with literally no residue. Tile cleaning is amazing as well.

Several things made this purchase very disappointing.
First, the technician came to the front door with white shoe covers already on his feet, wearing them from his truck to our door. He may have had them on this feet since his last customer. They were clearly not clean and had debris from the sidewalk and lawn. I had to ask him on his second approach to the house to put on clean shoe covers. While he was compliant after that point, he clearly didn't know or didn't care that he was going to track debris into our house and onto our WHITE carpet.
Second, whatever spray he used on the carpet, he applied it in a very haphazard way. He did not cover the carpet evenly. Where he might have applied more because it was clearly in more need of cleaning, he actually seemed to apply less. His answer to what and why he as applying that chemical was vague.
Third, after almost $200, we couldn't see that the carpet was any better off than before he came. One pass with his water and suction in most places did not improve the appearance of our carpet. There were two places where we had spilled a few drops of coffee the day before - those spots were exactly the same after he left.
I have heard Zerorez advertised on KRLD many times. I have no idea why they would like the kind of service, or lack thereof, that we received. It was a waste of time and money.
What can you do to make things right? I don't know! I cannot imagine how this minimalist approach to carpet cleaning improved carpet in any way.
