When booking the service I was told the total cost was going to be $119.00 plus tax, well come to find out when the tech. Gary was finished the total was $261.97, With add ons and suggestive selling the price doubled. He had a "black light" that showed hidden stains and certain areas that needed special non guaranteed treatment. how can you charge extra without any kind of a guarantee ?
The tech. Gary was very nice and did make this house a better place. He is a good man and very personable, he worked hard and did make a difference. He did do the deal where I got 100 sq.ft. of floor tile cleaned, not sure if it made a difference.
As a company you seem to have great, caring. hard working employees that work hard and want to make a difference and take pride in the work they do, but why don't your people that answer the phones and take the orders make it clear or the hidden costs, eg. $10.00 hidden charge for dumping your dirty water tanks. Come on, I love the work you do and I have used Zerorez a couple of times.in different homes I own. I thought I would use no other, but after the last time it's getting hard to depend on the one I used to believe in

First of all. When I called to make an apt I told u guys is 3 rooms for $99. You guys end up charging me $119. And they should clean 100sq tile for free and they didnt. They didn’t give me the $50 gift card either.

I love that you guys can really get the carpet truly clean. I had pet stains and they are gone. But even more importantly my service technician was incredible! He took his time and did the job right. Actually better than right. I got his card and will always request him going forward. Take good care of that young man, he is fantastic!

The technicians were friendly and professional. They arrived on time and finished when they said they would. My 10 year old carpets look great.

I like that there is no chemical or cloyingly strong citrus smell. The process works and the drying time is super fast.

He did a very good job and explained everything before he started.

The high temperature of the water line killed a little bit of my grass. I now have a small line of dead grass in my yard. It will come back quickly I am sure. Something to watch for.

Thomas was FANTASTIC!!! We added tile cleaning and pet stain to our original order when he explained the process and showed us the difference in our tile. He was not pushy and did a great job of explaining all of the advantages of your process over others. He was genuine and a delight to have in our home for the 7-8 hours he spent doing a meticulously thorough job. I will recommend him and Zerorez to all of my friends and neighbors. Our carpets are 18 years old and they look amazing (for light carpet that old). Every single stain came out. Thomas is a HUGE asset to your company. Thank you for a superior job Thomas!!

I am most impressed with the service I received by the technician. He was professional, personable, and did an excellent job! He represents the Zerorez brand well.

Customer service reps need to ask specific questions regarding areas to be cleaned. Both times that I've used your company the price ended up being about $75 to $100 more than quoted once the tech surveys the area. This time it was the hall and a combined living and dining area that added more.

Technicians are very polite and respectful.

Very friendly staff & the carpets were cleaned, dried and fresh within a few hours. Excellent price too!

First cleaning went well, but several pet stains seemed to come back darker. I called with my concerns and Zerorez sent out their customer service rep. He explained what was going on and treated the stains. They are no longer noticeable. Great customer service.

The technician was very nice and explained everything clearly. He walked me through the process of getting pet stains out so I understood the expense. Highly recommend Zerorez and me technician! The carpet looks great, no stains!!

The people who come to clean are very nice and very informed regarding what they do.
They often will give you points on how to keep your carpets clean in between cleanings.

Aaron Hicks cleaned our carpets yesterday (re: invoice 255702) and did an outstanding job. The stains are gone and the pile has been restored. Aaron was knowledgeable, hardworking and professional. When we need to have the carpets cleaned again we will call Zerorez.
