Triston Sterling did a great job cleaning our carpet and tile. Tile grout looked amazing after he was done. And the carpet was soft after it dried - no residue!

My technician, Jordan was an informed professional. He knew what he was doing and took the time to explain to me the Zerorez system and how it worked. he was on time and did not waste any time in completing the 3 rooms. He ask about pet issues and I declined. My reluctance in recommending has to do with a couple of carpet areas that today, (48 hrs. after treatment) seem not to have been totally cleaned, as there is still some darker spots. These areas are around furniture that was removed prior to treatment. .
