your techs are always polite and do their job well. The people setting the appointments are also polite but this last time did not give a quote on the price.I had ask for two area rugs to be cleaned which your prices were outrageous so once the tech told me how much it would be, I cancelled that part of the order.

This treatment was completely ineffective and the technician let water flow from the hose back onto the carpet when he was breaking down his rig so it actually looked worse than when he started. We called another company to do the job and now the carpets look like what I had expected from Zerorez.
A 50% reduction of the $376.17 price might be in order as they did come out to try the job.

I was very pleased with the technician and the work he did last Saturday cleaning my carpets. However, when I called to schedule an appointment, I asked for the earliest appointment in the morning and asked if I could be first on the schedule that morning due to other things we had planned for Saturday. Your rep scheduled me for 8 to 10. At 10:15, I had not talked to anyone from your company and the technician was not there yet. I called and your rep told me that they had tried to call me a couple of days earlier and tell me that I was getting moved to the 10 to 12 time slot. She told me my voice mail box was full on my cell phone. I checked my missed calls and did not see a call from your company. I don't think she was truthful with me. The tech got to our home around noon. This caused us to be 3 to 4 hours late leaving town for a function that day. My only complaint is that your company needs to be more mindful and considerate of your customers time. Wasting all morning waiting for your tech was so frustrating especially since we had plans.

I was amazed at how well the technician was able to remove the spots and grime from my carpet and sofa.
The sofa and love seat look brand new.

Ricardo the technician that did my carpet was very professional and informative. He kept me inform of the steps and the process that he was performing on my carpet and on my tile. My tile looks brand. I was pleased with the job that he did and I am using Zerorez again for the tile in the rest of my home.

The technician Austin did a wonderful job - much much better than the last technician did.

We were very disappointed with the tile cleaning in our shower. For $250, I expected a visible difference in the appearance of the grout. We could touch the tile and feel that it had been cleaned, but the grout looked the same as it did before the cleaning. Even the grout in the tile on the floor outside of the shower was not clean. I would not recommend the tile cleaning service. After the technician left, I took bleach and a toothbrush and scrubbed the grout to get it to look like I was expecting. I should have kept my money and did it myself to begin with.

The cost for cleaning one room almost cost $400. For just one room. I wish you guys would have been upfront about the extraction fee.

The technician was superb and very conscientious. I have NO complaints with what he did or his effort and politeness. However, 24 hours after treatment following drying all my original spots and wear patterns reappeared. In the scheme of things not much was accomplished.

Techs are very polite. They explain everything, ie., what services offered to meet your needs, accurate measuring of rugs for fair pricing. I didnt feel like they were overcharging for serving. Called before hand. Arrived on time. Work was done without delay. Finished & cleaned up after themselves.

The questionnaire online was not comprehensive enough to determine needs and specifications and no follow up call was made prior to the appointment to ensure that everything was ready so on the day the team arrived and were not properly equipped which meant delays and late night service which disrupted our evening plans.

The team on the ground who actually cleaned were amazing but the back office admin component could improve a lot.
