The process used changed the texture and feel of my carpet. It went from soft to crunchy and the twist has been noticeably altered. I questioned the technician about this before starting the job and he assured me that the process used would not yield this result. You claim to leave no residue by the nature of the name of your business but something is leaving my carpet stiff when it was soft prior to your work. I feel like I was lied to. I think a refund is in order since I don't believe you can return my carpet to it's original feel and look.
No residues and no odors and carpet was nearly dry when Jeff was finished.
Plus Jeff was very professional and cleaned the carpet and tile exellently.
My carpets look great and it was so easy to call and make an appointment. The carpet tech, Jonathan, came right on time and did a great job.
I was able to get the day for carpet cleaning that I requested and I was kept updated when the technician was running late from the previous call. The technician who came to my home was very professional, helpful with my questions, and did a great job.

Customer service was excellent and the finished product completely met my expectations!
Our technician was very personable but because our appointment time was so late, he could not leave until 9:30 pm. As you well know, the carpets are damp upon completion of work, so it was a big adjustment for our family and pets at the end of the night.

This was our second time using Zerorez, outstanding service. We will call you next time for sure.
we were serviced initially for the first time on friday oct 6; however the technician who came that day did not do the best job as he left water residue on the floors without wiping up, creating a safety hazard for my elderly mother. also, the sides of the walls were not cleaned where the dirt had spread out from the suction. i had to wipe up the floors and sides of the walls where the carpet met the wall in front of the technician and he did nothing to help. i called zerorez to tell them the issue and they sent out another service tech, Edwin, who was great. he corrected the problem areas, including the grout on the tile which was left uncleaned from the original tech. initially, i would have given zerorez a "1" but bc of the service tech that came on monday oct 9, i am giving them a "9"
Technician came within expected window of time; talked knowledgeable about cleaning carpet and rug; did an excellent job; and it was a pleasure to Charles and have him in my home.

I like the fact that I have a working relationship with the team that comes on site to do the jobs. very professional, they answer my questions and do the best job possible. and if for any reason there is an issue, they resolve it.
I feel that my carpets are in good condition after the cleanings.

Good communication from dispatch. Personable service technician arrived on time. No residues/chemicals!
The technicians were very courteous & hard working and did a really good job on what they cleaned; i.e. carpet/tile/marble.
However, a small coffee stain near the recliner and a quarter-size mustard stain near the couch were shown to the technicians when they arrived but were not worked on (or were not discussed with us if they couldn't remove the stains). We realized they were missed after the technicians left.
Also, the business office used our old email address to send the invoice. The technician typed in our new email address at the time of payment and it was noted on the receipt but, the invoice was sent to our old email address which will be inactive, soon.

There were no surprises. The Carpet Tech explained the process, the cost any additional costs for Stain. He was pleasant and cordial. We definitely would use ZeroRez again and request the same tech.
The cleaning and the courtesy of the technician was great. The customer service representative that I spoke to was very rude. I did not appreciate the way she treated me but the technician and the service he provided was great!3

Very poor service. Talked to a girl after, and she sent a technician to look at the work. Nothing to do there. A new technician cannot change the bad experience with the service
Please do not advertise a service for which you cannot deliver upon.
Will never use zerorez again.
Carpet cleaning was good. Duct cleaning a total mess.
At this point only a credit of some sort would be an option to make it better. Just dissapointing.
