Zerorez provided great service. They called ahead of time and arrived within the service time. The guys who did the service provided great customer service. Carpets were cleaned thoroughly. I will likely use them again.

No chemicals
Our most recent experience had a little bump in the road but thanks to the great team you have we are extremely pleased with the outcome of the job. Our original tech was extremely courteous, thorough in the set-up, and took the time to put together pricing on the tile area of our floors (although we didn't have the work done at that time), and he & I walked through the areas to inspect afterwards. It wasn't until my husband's low pile carpeting thoroughly dried that we noticed the spot treated areas looked like they were still wet. No problem, called and another gentleman came out and made the necessary corrections.
Would definitely recommend Zerorez to anyone.
The associates were very proud and knowledgeable about the product and services provided. The result was excellent and we were very pleased.
The guys were courteous and did a wonderful job in cleaning my carpet and tile floors a big difference CLEAN as a whistle. Will be using them again and highly recommend this company to anyone.

Such a wonderful experience! The guys that came out were so professional and did amazing work! We really thought it would be impossible to clean the carpet, it was just terrible but they made it look and smell amazing and they restretched the carpet as well!!! Highly recommend!

I liked the phone call before my technician arrived. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He liked my two dogs and made sure they didn’t escape through the door. He was honest about my vents and didn’t try to talk me into something I didn’t want. The service turned out to be less expensive than the estimate. I will call again when I think the vents need a cleaning.
