Promptness & they really got carpets clean

Carpets are clean! Service Tech, Jalyn, was informative and very good at his job. I have a dog and a 3 ye. old and need carpets cleaned every 3 or 4 months. I love that no chemical residue is left in my carpets.

The person I initially spoke to did not tell me that there was a $10 environmental fee tacked on.

I was told the carpet would be dry in 4-6 hours. It took 24 hours for our carpet to get dry.

I thought it was only hot water used, but when the technician began working, "something" smelled really strong and stung my eyes and nose.

I like the fact that harsh, soapy product was not used to clean our carpet. It dried beautifully! The house smells and feels refreshed and the carpet is so soft and plush! The technician Jaylon was informative and knowledgeable about the product. He explained the procedure thouroghly before beginning the work!
