My carpet still has a urine smell and know it's all over and no longer isolated. First time you came out you were great...this time not so much. I called and left a message after service, explained on message my problem and have yet to hear back.

The technician that came out did a great job, was very pleasant, helpful and professional. Will definitely be using your services again.
A new tech came out to redo the carpet in the one room. Convinced us that we needed to Last name removed the “deep” cleaning for the pet smell. Paid an additional $277+ on top of the $250 we already paid and the room did not smell any better. In fact, the room smell the same as before we paid over $500 to get smell fixed. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend to anyone who needs to remove pet pee smell.
I feel comfortable knowing my home is an overall cleaner place and it didn't take a bunch of gross chemicals to make it that way. The service was stellar despite requiring hard work and patience - and I felt like I was informed with honesty and integrity along the way.
The gentleman that you sent to my house was very thorough and knowledgeable with carpets and fabric. He explained to me what he was doing and why. Customer service at its best.

Zerorez carpet cleaning is the best!! In the past I’ve used several different carpet cleaning companies but found Zerorez is the best.
Several area still had diets and hairs. Several area had the water lasted longer than usual and didn’t even clean the carpet. Some container with the chemicals was left inside the house for some reason...I don’t know how to dispose this chemicals. Not worth the $200+ I spent and cost came higher than expected. No gift card was offered.
