They had my order incorrect on 3 rooms

The guy complained the whole time about his equipment and I had to keep showing him areas he missed. I ended up renting a upholstery cleaning unit from the hardware store the next day and cleaning things more thoroughly and for a $30 rental fee. Compared w $300 for the Zerorez fee

I like that your product is environmentally safe, plus my carpets always look brand new when the cleaning is finished. My technician was great.

I am extremely happy with the service I received from the young man who preformed the cleaning. He was extremely courteous, explained the services he was going to provide and moved the few items to clean under that I requested. My carpet looks and feels great!

I am NOT happy with the way I had to set the appointment. In essence, I had to wait until 24 hours prior to having the appointment time given to me so that meant I could plan nothing for the day. In addition, I called about three weeks prior to make the appointment and then ended up with a 2 - 4 p.m. time frame. I felt I should have had a much earlier appointment. Basically the entire day was a bust with the exception of the great job your employee did for me.

Excellent results and very accommodating personnel. Eric was so professional and eager to please. Very nice young man who did an excellent job.

I wish he could have gotten the gum out of the carpet, other than that it was great.

Service Rep really did not help move any of the furniture, much less even single and small pieces, such as chairs, end tables etc. I had no choice but to move most of the pieces myself and was not expecting to do this, especially when I am still recovering from frommajor multiple surgeries. My family was definitely not happy with this. I did not have any issues with the Service Rep who did the job for us last year.

The technician did an excellent job and was very personal. I am very satisfied with the results of the carpet cleaning and the upholstery cleaning. The technician went above and beyond. I have already recommended Zerorez to several people.
