I still have a few small spots that were, pretreated and did not completely come out.
Overall a good job
The end result! Our carpets always look brand new after Zerorez has cleaned them, and the stains never return.
I have had other carpet cleaning services performed in the past, and the same thing always happens, the stains come back. This has never been an issue with Zerorez.
The technicians are always extremely knowledgeable and professional, kind and courteous. I recommend Zerorez to anyone who is in the market for this service.

Ricardo Gutierrez did a great job on our carpet cleaning this weekend! He provided a step by step overview of the cleaning process and pointed out several trouble spots that needed additional care. He was very patient with our curious pets (cats and a dog) that followed him as he cleaned. Knowing that they would be safe walking on the carpet while it was damp is one reason we prefer Zerorez. Thanks, all!
The technician was very friendly and professional. He did a great job! However our quote over the phone was not even close to the amount we paid. It was $200 more than the quote.
All of the products I have used in my home are GREAT. They are the BEST I have ever tried and now I ONLY use Zerorez for all my carpet and tile cleaning. Also great upholstery cleaning too.

I was pleased with the phone call notification updates. What I was not pleased with is that I was never asked to look the job over. I have pictures I have taken of spots still in my master bed room. I am displeased with that. I would hope I would receive a call back so the company would take care of this. I emailed the photos on another survey I received with my invoice.

I do not feel the result was as good as it had been. I removed everything myself but several small chairs were not moved to clean under them even though there was not soil under them. Surprised a tea stain really didn’t change. I went back with my own stain remover and did a better job. Not as good as seen on Good Morning Texas.
Very afficient, great cleaning, so far all the service individuals that have come in to my house to clean carpets have been awesome. I believe I've used zeroes more than 4 times.

I really liked the tech that cleaned my carpet. He was very professional and polite. I feel he did a good job. My carpet looks great.
The introductory price was the first thing that caught my attention. Offering the gift card was not in anyway helpful, as the price got me but free food is always a plus. The technician was knowledgeable and friendly. I love how my carpet looked almost new and it was so clean. I am convinced red stains are of the devil as I had a few that could not be removed. Overall I was satisfied with the service.

Professional, friendly. Did a good job
Without a doubt these are the most professional, well informed technicians it has ever been my pleasure to deal with. Although I thought I needed air duct cleaning it turned out my entire air exchange system had been compromised due to the neglect of my regular provider. We've spent the last 6 months going from doctor to doctor to doctor and test to test for increasingly worse sinus problems. As soon as Eric heard that he outlined several possibilities, inspected our system, took pictures and presented us with a selection of possible fixes.
In these days of increasingly rude, uninformed customer service providers to find someone so knowledgeable and invested in redressing my problem whether or not it fell in his purview is simply amazing.
It is difficult to express just ow grateful I am to Zero Rez.
